【摘要】 裁判员培训是体育专业大学生专业培养计划的重要部分,也是体育专业大学生积极参与的技能培训项目。裁判员培训不仅是裁判理论知识和技能的学习,而且在培训过程中,对体育专业大学生的思想品质、心理素质、伦理素质等自身素质方面均有直接或间接的产生较大影响。在各种裁判员教学活动中,对以上几个层面进行了一定的培养和锻炼,这与当前我国推行的素质教育的目的与要求相吻合的。裁判员培训是否能对体育专业大学生素质教育的增添新的途径和方法,是本研究的目的。因此,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,试图从当前体育专业大学生素质教育现状、特征、形式、内容及影响因素,裁判员培训对湖南省体育专业大学生素质教育的关系等方面展开研究,为在裁判员培训过程中加强体育专业大学生素质教育提供相应对策。研究结果认为裁判员培训对于体育专业大学生素质教育的提升有着一定促进作用,是造就具有高素质复合型体育人才,促进大学生全面发展,尤其对于提升学生的思想道德素质,心理素质,伦理道德等各方面素质有着深远影响。研究认为在裁判员培训过程中实施素质教学,首先要转变培训观念,突出精要扼要的培训内容；突出内化,打好基础一定要重视良好素质的内化,使学生形成比较稳定的品德、智力、才干、体力的内在品质。在制定裁判员培训培训目标时要突出培训的全体性,注重动机,满足掌握技能的愿望,保持稳定的情绪,发展运动能力,协调身心发展,培养学生公平公正的执法意识和习惯,通过裁判员培训,开发学生智力,体验良好情感,体会执法乐趣,陶冶高尚情操,塑造完美人格,努力实现培训中的“启智、求知、调心、育人、健身”目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Referee training is physical education students an important part of professional training programs, but also actively participate in physical education students the skills training programs. Referee training is not only the referee theoretical knowledge and skills to learn, but also in the training process, the physical education college students thinking, psychological, ethical qualities of the quality of both their own, directly or indirectly have a significant impact.
