盾构机刀盘驱动大轴承设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市地下轨道建设的快速发展,盾构机作为专门的地下隧道施工设备得到广泛的应用。驱动大轴承是盾构机的关键部件之一,长期依赖进口,因此对大轴承的研究将有助于提升我国盾构机大轴承的设计制造水平,满足国内工程建设的要求。本文以轴承寿命设计为基础,结合优化设计与有限元分析软件对大轴承的设计理论和方法进行研究,具体如下:论文首先对传统的轴承设计理论与现代设计方法进行分析研究。通过传统设计方法与现代设计方法的比较,得出在轴承设计中运用现代设计方法的必要性。特别是像盾构机大轴承这种用于特定场合的大型轴承,其结构参数一般没有标准可以参考,设计过程中应有效地将传统轴承寿命设计理论与现代优化方法相结合。针对盾构刀盘驱动系统结构和工作原理,对驱动大轴承的受力情况进行详细的分析。以目前国外盾构机普遍采用的三排滚柱式大轴承作为研究对象,结合盾构机大轴承受力特点和大轴承设计方法建立其结构主参数化优化模型。并以成都地铁作为案例运用MATLAB进行大轴承主参数优化求解。结果表明通过该方法能够有效确立大轴承的滚柱数量和尺寸,对大轴承的国产化有一定的积极作用。最后运用ANSYS软件对滚柱和滚道接触部位进行了接触应力分析,所得出的结果和传统赫兹理论计算出的结果进行了对比,从而验证了在此处使用ANSYSY软件对大轴承滚柱进行接触应力计算的可行性。在此基础上引入滚柱母线进行修正方法,通过反复的模拟确定最佳凸度值,使得滚柱接触时边缘应力得到有效改善,以达到提高大轴承使用寿命的目的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban underground track construction, as a special tunnel construction equipment, shield machine is widely used. The drive bearing is one of the key components of shield machine, which relies on import currently and the domestic research is still in its primary stage. The studies of design theory and methods on 3-row roller bearing are as following:This article concludes the traditional bearing design theory and modern bearing design method. Through comparison between traditional design method and modern design method, it is concluded that the use of modern design method in bearing design is necessary. Especially, for large-scale bearing used in specific conditions such as large bearing of shield machine, as no standard could be referred in its structural parameter, traditional design theory of bearing life shall be effectively combined with modern optimized method in design process.By shield cutting wheel drive system structure and working principle, the detailed analysis of driving force has been made by the study target of 3-row roller bearing which is widely used in foreign shield. The parameter optimization model is established by the combination of bearing’s force characteristics of shield and design method. Chengdu metro is as the case of solving the optimization problem by MATLAB. The result shows that the method can be effectively define the number and size of the bearing which has positive influence on the study of domestic production of bearings.The comparison of the result of the contact stress analysis of the roller and raceway contact area by ANSYS and the calculated result by traditional Hertz theory verifies the feasibility of 3-row roller bearing contract stress calculation by ANSYSY software, In order to improve bearing’s service life, an amendment method of roller is introduced and the best degree of convexity is defined by repeated simulation which makes the edge stress has been effectively improved.
