高层建筑上部结构与地基基础的共同作用静动力分析

【摘要】 高层建筑的平面形状多种多样,其中L形或具有L形特征的高层建筑应用的非常广泛。由于实际建筑物都是由上部结构、基础和地基组成的完整系统,三者之间是相互影响共同作用的,而在实际设计中却是将上下部结构分开考虑的。对此类较为复杂的结构进行共同作用分析,有助于使此类形状的高层建筑上部结构和地基基础的分析更符合实际情况,使实际工程设计更好的兼顾安全与经济。本文以对某L形高层建筑的工程实例为研究对象,利用SAP2000程序,采用分层地基模型模拟地基土,引入缝连接单元,建立三维分析模型。对比分析了在地震作用下,共同作用与常规分析两者之间的上部结构内力的变化规律。探讨分析了共同作用下主楼与裙楼之间三种不同连接方式的模型在上部结构内力、桩顶反力的分布、桩筏基础的沉降上的差异。比较分析了主楼层数的变化、主楼和裙房的桩长的变化、地基刚度的变化对上部结构和桩筏基础的影响,探讨其共同作用机理,并获得了一些可供实际工程设计参考和借鉴的有益结论。

【Abstract】 The plane shapes of high-rise building are various and the L-shape or similar superstructures are used diffusely. Actual building is an integrity system constituted by superstructure, footing and ground, and they are influenced by each other,however we often consider separately the upper and lower structure in the actual design.The interaction analysis of such a more complex structure, which contributes the upper structure and foundation-based analysis is more in line with the actual situation and the actual engineering design for better balance between security and the economy.In this thesis, I take a L-shaped high-rise project as an example. By utilizing SAP2000 software and adopting layered soil model and GAP connection element, a 3-D structure model is built.The changes of internal forces of the upper structure between the interaction and the conventional analysis under seismic action are analyzed.The three models with the different connections between the main building and podium have some differences in pile reaction force, settlement, and the internal forces of the superstructure.The effects of superstructure rigidity, pile length and soil deformation modulus are analyzed. Some rules and suggestion are given for design and research.
