数控旧轨整形机总体与测控系统设计

【摘要】 为了保证运输的正常、安全的进行同时又要合理的利用旧钢轨,所以需要对旧钢轨进行重复利用,对变形的钢轨进行整形。旧轨整形是将在线路上换下的旧轨对其顶面、侧面进行铣销,去掉已老化的疲劳层,使其降级再次上线使用,从而达到延长钢轨的使用寿命。加工后使其降级成为“再用轨”。为了完成对旧轨的铣削加工设计了专用数控钢轨铣削机床。机床的功能包括了钢轨的驱动进给、铣削量的控制和钢轨的铣削等主要功能以及夹具加紧、对刀、水平调整等辅助功能。机床的测控系统的任务主要是完成引入平台的控制,主要包括了水平调整功能和铣削量控制功能。除此之外还完成远程I/O的数据交换设计及部分控制信号的获得和处理工作。系统的主控采用了三菱FX3U系列PLC。在引入平台控制上结合了数字量和模拟量混合转换模块,高效完成水平调整工作和铣削量控制工作。同时对系统分布式终端的信号采用三菱专用总线CC-Link传输技术。使得系统结构紧凑,传输稳定安全。此外,考虑到系统的稳定,对整个装备的抗干扰问题也做出了设计。在整个系统的软件设计方面采用了模块化的设计思路,可以直接由其他程序调用,使得设备的设计过程中可以分工合作完成。采用使用最广泛的梯形图设计语言,便于维护及阅读。通过对本机床测控系统的研制,提高了设备的自动化程度,使得操作简单、可靠。同时又可以高效、高质量的完成旧轨的铣削加工工作。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the normal and safe transport and use the rail rationally,we need to reuse the rails by reshaping the distortional rails. The used rail reshaping is to mill the top and flank surface of the rail which replaced from rail lines.It makes the aging fatigue level to be replaced then the rail can be used in the rail line again.So the life of the rail is extended. After milling,the used rail can be used again.For finishing the milling works,a numerical milling machine only for old rail has been designed.The functions of the machine include main function such as driving feed,control the processing magines.And some Accessibilitysuch an clamping fixture,test the positions of the tool and so on.The main tasks of designing the test and control system is to finish the work of controling the guide platform.Two parts are horizonal adjust and milling magine control.Except that exchange data between remote I/O and PLC, get the control signal and deal with it are also finished.The core of the main controlling system is Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC.The analog and data exchange technology are used to control guiding platform.Finish the horizonal adjust work and control milling magine work effectively.At the same time,distributed terminal signals on the system using Mitsubishi CC-Link bus transmission technology.make the system compact and the signal transfer is stable and safe.In addition, taking into account the stability of the system the whole equipment has also made anti-interference designs.In the entire system of software design using the modular design concept,the programs can be directly invoked by other programs.Enable the design process can be complete by a division of labor.The langue of the program is ladder diagram which can be maintained and read easily.Through designing the test and control system the degree of automation is improved.Operate easily and reliably.At the same time can be efficient, high-quality completion of the work of the old rail milling.
