铁路盾构隧道双层衬砌力学行为研究

【摘要】 目前,我国公路及地铁盾构隧道主要采用单层式管片衬砌结构,但从铁路隧道的使用特性出发,要求在全长或局部设置二次衬砌,如广深港客运专线的狮子洋隧道在进出口段施作了双层衬砌、沪通铁路越黄浦江隧道则采用全断面双层衬砌。本文对铁路盾构隧道双层衬砌进行了受力特性的研究,主要研究内容如下:(1)选取了三种不同接合面形式的双层衬砌,分别为:抗压缩双层衬砌、抗剪压双层衬砌、局部受弯双层衬砌,根据以往的双层衬砌计算理论,引入接触单元,并依据Mohr-Coulomb剪切滑动准则对不同结合面进行了区分和模拟,对其进行了数值模拟计算,对以往的计算理论进行了验证和补充。(2)结合室内模型试验的方法,进行了单层管片衬砌结构的常规加载,如在不同土压、不同水压、不同拼装、不同错缝方式下的管片衬砌加载,并初步研究了管片幅宽和厚度对管片内力的影响。考虑到施工过程中可能出现的注浆漏洞和营运过程中可能出现的围岩弱化,还对此进行了模拟,得出了其对管片衬砌受力的影响,并通过比较发现拱腰位置出现漏洞或弱化时是最不利工况。(3)提出了不同接合面形式在模型试验中的具体实现方法以及数据的测试方法,对不同双层衬砌进行了与单层衬砌同样的常规加载,并在拱腰弱化情况下测试了双层衬砌的补强作用,以得出不同双层衬砌的受力特性及其相对于单层衬砌的优势所在,并总结出了双层衬砌施作的优化方案。.(4)初步探讨了水压力变化对双层衬砌结构受力的影响,并在拱腰出现围岩弱化的情况下对不同双层衬砌进行了破坏试验,得出了双层衬砌的破坏失稳模式,说明二次衬砌结构不仅仅只是满足使用性要求对结构耐久性也起到了较大的作用。

【Abstract】 At present, Most of Highway and metro shield tunnels in our country used single segment lining. But from the usability feature, railway tunnel command additional secondary lining on overall line or just part line. For example, ShiZiYang tunnel of Guang-Shen-Gang railway passenger line construct double lining in the entrance and exit, Huangpu river tunnel even use double lining for all tunnel.This article is researching on railway shield tunnel with double lining. The following is introducing what we have done:(1) We have choose three double lining with different joints surface, which were resisting-compression double lining, resisting-shear and compression double lining and parts-resisting-bending double lining. According to calculate theory on double lining in the past, we pull in contact element which is on the basis of Mohr-Coulomb shear slide theory to distinguish and simulation different contact surface. Besides, we do some numerical simulation about them to test and verify theory in the past and enrich it.(2) With the way of indoor model test,we have done a lot of conventional test on single segment lining in different environment, like load under different earth pressure; different water pressure; different way of segment separation; different segment joint way. And we have done preliminary research on segment internal force affect by width and thickness. Taking into account of grouting leak in construction and ground weaken in service, we simulation this situation by model test, to pursue its affect to segment internal force. Through contrast, we have got the situation that leak or weaken take place in tunnel middle is the worst.(3) We propose the detailed way to simulate different contact surface and get data in model test. We do the same test on double lining as the single segment lining. As well as test the strengthen effect of secondary lining in tunnel middle weaken. In order to get the force feature of different double lining and the advantage to single segment lining. In addition, we summarize the optimization program of the secondary lining construction.(4) We preliminary discuss the affect of water pressure in double lining. in addition, we have done test on the damage of different double lining in the situation which tunnel middle is weaken and get the instability pattern of double lining. These prove that secondary lining is not only a usability element but also contribute to the structure durability.
