达成铁路扩能改造铺架施工方案优化

【摘要】 实施性施工组织方案的确立对整个施工过程具有重要的指导性意义,科学合理的优化施工方案对有效组织生产,提升生产效率,保障工期、质量、安全等方面具有决定性的作用。本文基于达成铁路扩能改造工程暨既有线增建二线施工过程中面临的施工难题,通过对指导性施工组织设计存在弊端的分析,前瞻性的确立了施工方案优化的主要方向,综合分析了施工过程中各种制约因素的影响,系统的提出了适应本单位生产能力,行之有效的施工方案。首先文章着重就如何在施工过程中消除新线与既有线间的交叉干扰、合理解决铺架基地与运输组织和主线铺架施工之间的匹配关系、站改时机把握及站改施工与区间主线铺架施工相互协调关系等方面进行论述。提出了通过加强基地建设,合理安排站改、便线、临岔等过渡工程的施工时机,采用大型机械化集群集中生产的主要施工模式。其次文章还对影响优化方案具体实施的预应力铁路混凝土T型桥梁的预制、工具轨排铺设、桥梁架设、桥梁横向连接、换铺长钢轨、钢轨及道岔焊接、上碴整道、放散锁定等主要施工工艺进行详细的说明。并提出了适应优化方案的劳动力组织和机械配置方案。通过对比,验证优化后的施工方案,总结在既有线改造施工过程中行之有效的施工指导思想及具体施工方法。以期为今后既有线改造施工积累经验,提升既有线施工组织能力。

【Abstract】 The establishment of practical construction organizational scheme is of great guiding significance for the entire construction process. To optimize the construction scheme scientifically and reasonably has a decisive effect on such aspects as the effective organization of production, productivity improvement and construction period, quality as well as safety assurance.Based on the construction problems of Da-Cheng railway capacity expansion engineering and construction of existing railway, the existing defects in designing construction organization were analyzed. The main direction of optimization construction scheme was forward-looking established. The impact of various constraints in the construction process was comprehensive analyzed, the best construction scheme was proposed.Firstly, the article focused on the discuss how to eliminate the cross-interference between the new line and the existing lines, how to solute the matching relationship between framing base and transport organizations as well as the main line reasonably, how to reform the stations at the right moment, and how to coordinate the relationship between the main line station to reform and the interval framing constrution. The major construction model by strengthening the base construction, a reasonable arrangement to reform stations and using large mechanized production was put forward.Secondly, the main construction technology detail about the affect the optimization of prestressed concrete implementation plan T-rail bridge precast concrete, tools laying track arrangement, the construction of bridges, bridge landscape connectivity for shop long rail, rail and turnout welding was descriped. And the scheme which could meet the workforce optimization and mechanical configuration was proposed.Thirdly, by comparison, the optimized construction schme was verified, the effective guidelines and concrete construction methods in the reconstruction of existing railway construction were summarized. View to gain experience for the future reconstruction of existing railway, enhance the organizational capacity of the existing construction line.Key words:Reconstruction Of Existing Railway;Optimization Construction Scheme;Construction Technology
