录井导向井位图处理技术研究与应用

【摘要】 近年来随着计算机技术的不断发展,一些传统行业加快了行业技术升级的步伐。传统的石油勘探领域与计算机相关技术的有机结合,形成了新一代的录井导向技术,提升了录井导向技术的水平,同时提高了石油勘探开发的效率和质量。构造井位图作为录井导向技术的一个重要工具,集中反映了井轨迹信息和油层的分布情况,并能将地下的地质形态直观的显示出来。构造井位图灵活的编辑和专业操作可以帮助导向师对地形和油层信息进行有效的预测,因此,如何开发一套灵活、功能强大的录井导向井位图系统成为提高石油勘探效率的当务之急。本文分析了构造井位图的不同产品的特点,从录井导向领域井位图模块的现状入手,针对企业的实际需求,总结出录井导向井位图模块所需的数据和功能,以设计模式的思想为指导,阐述了井位图模块的设计思想、总体架构和详细设计,在计算机上实现了录井导向井位图模块所必须的专业算法,并对算法的准确度进行了相应的测试。在需求和设计工作的基础上详细介绍了录井导向井位图运用工厂方法模式实现的分层系井位图的绘制,运用三角网的思想生成等深线和矢量图形的绘制与保存等各功能模块,并针对开发过程中遇到的屏幕闪烁、矢量图形的缩放和图形打印等图形显示方面的问题给出了解决方案。最后结合本系统实现的功能,对录井导向井位图模块的工作进行了总结,并对以后的工作进行了展望。录井导向井位图模块的完成,将大量枯燥的数据转换成直观的图形,有利于专业人员的地质导向工作的实施,提升了录井导向技术的水平,提高了石油勘探行业的开采效率,加快了企业信息化的步伐。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of computer technology, traditional industry speeds up the pace of upgrading the technological of industry. With the combination of traditional areas and computer-related technologies, It forms a generation of mudlog-ging geosteering technology which enhance the level of logging and efficiency and quality of oil’s exploration and development.Logging of Bitmap as a key logging tools, embodies the well trajectory information and oil distribution, and can give us a intuitive display of underground geology.The flexible structure editing and professional opera-tion of logging of bitmap can help guiders predict the terrain and the position of oil. Therefore, how to develop a flexible and powerful mudlogging geosteering logging of bitmap is the most urgent task to improve the efficiency of oil exploration.This paper analyzes different products of logging of bitmap, considers the status of logging of bitmap and the actual demand of the company, summs up logging of bit-map’s requirement and implement of data and algorithm, uses design patterns as the guide, explains logging of bitmap’s design, overall architecture and detailed design, and tests the accuracy of the algorithm.Based on the work of demand and design,I described the design and implementa-tion of how to use factory method pattern to realize the layered Logging of Bitmap, how to generate contour using trianglution and vector graphics drawing and preservation, etc. and propose the solution of graphic display problems, which we encountered in the de-velopment process, such as screen flicker, vector graphics scaling and graphics printing, etc. At last, with the functionality of the mudlogging geosteering system, plans of log-ging of bitmap are summarized and prospected.The completion of logging of bitmap module can change a lot of boring data into intuitive graphics, it can help professional guiders implement the work of geosteering, raising the level of mudlogging technology, improve the efficiency of oil exploration and mining industry, accelerate the pace of enterprise information.
