城市高架桥简支梁在地震作用下轨道列车响应及运行的安全性分析

【摘要】 近年来,我国城市轨道交通在许多城市都得到了的蓬勃发展,高架桥线路以其投资经济、施工周期短、运营成本低、良好的线路适应性等优点,逐渐在城市轨道交通建设中得到了越来越广泛的运用。我国是一个地震频发的国家,大中城市发生轻度地震的几率很高,当地震发生时,行驶在桥上的列车由于下部结构传来的地震激扰而造成列车脱轨的事故屡有发生,因此研究地震作用下桥上列车运行的安全性显得尤为重要和具有实际的意义。本文在总结前人对地震作用下的车线桥耦合振动的基础上,利用通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了车辆—轨道—桥梁耦合动力学三维模型,包括车辆模型、轨道模型、桥梁模型以及墩土相互作用模型。选取了分别代表四类场地土的地震波作为外部激励进行输入,力求准确模拟地震发生时的车线桥动力响应。总结以往对于车辆安全性和平稳性的评价,以及桥梁动力性能的评价,确定了地震作用下理论上仍可采用脱轨几何准则进行列车运行安全与否的评判,选取了车辆、轨道和桥梁的一系列评价指标,对地震作用下的车线桥动力响应进行分析。对所选地震波进行规格化处理后,将地震波进行垂向+横向、垂向+横向+纵向的组合,得到车辆、轨道和桥梁的动力响应指标值并进行对比分析,给出车辆安全运行情况以及轨道和桥梁安全使用情况的评价。通过已建立的三维仿真模型,从行车速度、桥墩高度、轨道平顺度、地震波强度、轨道扣件和桥梁支座参数这五个影响因素,利用所选取的动力响应指标,对地震作用下的车辆—轨道—桥梁耦合动力系统作规律性的分析研究,提出了列车在地震作用下安全运行的建议。

【Abstract】 In recent years, urban rail transportation have been booming in many cities. Viaduct railway with its investment economy, convenient construction period, operation of low cost, good adaptability etc, are getting more and more extensive application in urban rail transit construction. Earthquake often accur in our country, and the engineering structures was destroyed by earthquake. When the earthquake occurred the accident of train derailment happened which was caused by earthquake excitation passed by the bridge structure, so the study about vehicle-track-bridge’s safety is particularly important and practically significant.Based on the analysis of the earthquake effect on vehicle-track-bridge’s dynamic coupling vibration, this thesis uses the universal finite element ABAQUS software to build coupling dynamic 3D model about vehicles-track-bridge, which simulates 31 degrees of vehicle model, the wheel-rail contact model, rail irregularities model, bridge model and pier-soil interaction model. Choose four seismic waves to respectively represente the four kind of site, as external incentives to input, in order to simulate the dynamic reponse of vehicle-track-bridge model accurately when the earthquake happened.Summarizing the safety and stability of vehicle and the dynamic performance of the bridge, the thesis defined the evalustion for train’s derailment theoretically when earthquake happened. So select the indexes of vehicle,track and bridge to evaluate the vehicle-track-bridge’s dynamic response under action of earthquake.After standardized procession of seismetic waves, the seismetic waves are combinated by vertical+lateral and vertical+lateral+longitudinal. Get the comparative analysis of the dynamic response index of vehicle-track-bridge, and give the evaluation of vehicle’s running satety and safety operation of track and bridge.Through the established 3D simulation model, the thesis analysis the ragularity of vehicle-track-bridge’s dynamic coupling under action of earthquake from vehicle speed, pier height, track irragularity, the intensity of earthquake wave, rail fastener and bridge seat parameters these five influence factors to put forward to suggestions on the train’s operation safety under action of earthquake.
