城市轨道车辆不锈钢车体结构优化研究

【摘要】 不锈钢材料由于具有高强度、耐腐蚀的特点,早在二十世纪中期就被应用于铁路车辆制造中。近年来,随着材料技术和焊接工艺的快速发展,不锈钢车体已广泛应用于城市轨道交通行业,并带来了良好的社会经济效益。随着新的不锈钢系列产品应用于车体结构,焊接工艺必须由电弧焊改为电阻点焊,结构设计也需要随之改变。为了提高城市轨道车辆不锈钢车体的商品化程度,本文按照模块化、轻量化的设计理念,以保证车体强度、刚度为出发点,对不锈钢车体结构进行了优化设计;针对不锈钢车体侧墙与车顶薄板结构的双层板或多层板点焊结构,采用适合这种点焊结构的单元类型和网格模型建立了不锈钢车体的仿真模型;按照EN12663标准确定各计算载荷与工况进行了车体的强度、刚度计算,得出的不锈钢车体最大等效应力和位移值均与相应工况的试验结果比较吻合,验证了建立的仿真模型适用于对点焊结构不锈钢车体的仿真分析;对不锈钢车体进行疲劳强度仿真分析,结果表明,疲劳强度满足EN12663的有关规定。这些研究工作充分反映,本文对城轨不锈钢车体结构实施的优化设计是可行的,提升了不锈钢车体的设计制造水平和商品化程度。

【Abstract】 Stainless-steel materials because of high strength and corrosion resistance, early in the middle of the twentieth century is applied in urban rail vehicles. In recent years, with rapid development of the material technique and welding process, stainless steel carbody has been widely applied in urban rail vehicles in transit industry, and bring good economic and social benefits. With the new stainless steel series products used in the hull structure, the welding process must be changed from arc welding to electric resistance spot welding structure, design also needs to be changed.In order to improve the commercialization of the urban rail vehicles, stainless steel body has been optimized according to design concept of lightweight and modularization to ensure its strength, stiffness. According to EN 12663 standards, the article established the stainless steel carbody simulation model, determined the load and load case, calculated the stress and strain of the carbody, got the maximum equivalent stress and displacement. Though the compare between the results of simulation and test results, it proved that the simulation model with spotweld element suitable for the stainless steel carbody simulation.The results showed that the fatigue strength of stainless steel body with the simulation analysis satisfy the relevant regulations of EN 12663.These researches fully reflect the stainless steel carbody optimization design of implementation is feasible, and have promoted the level of the design and manufacture of stainless steel carbody and commercialization process.
