【摘要】 从近年来我国电力部门关于事故统计的相关资料中不难发现,导致事故发生的原因当中,人因失误是其中最主要的因素之一。然而在以往的研究中,大多数研究者只是片面的注意到了造成其事故的直接原因,而并没有完全的揭示人为的因素,即作为设备操作者和管理者认知能力方面的因素。本文另辟蹊径,通过结合电力行业的相关特点,确立了S供电局运行人员安全职业适应性评价体系。通过跟班调研、资料分析、工作分析和问卷调查,提取了安全职业适应性评价的指标,即五大认知能力,然后通过德尔菲法对指标进行权重的确定,建立了S供电局运行人员安全职业适应性评价体系,最后把安全职业适应性评价体系应用到某供电局中,并分别提出了培训提升的方法。本文旨在通过对五大认知能力这一核心思想的研究,为运行人员的选拔、调配和培训提供更加充分、坚实的理论依据。通过对S供电局运行人员进行安全职业适应性评价体系的研究,使人-职合理匹配、劳动生产率提高、保证生产安全等方面具有非常重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 From recent accident statistics of power department, human error is the chief cause among all the reasons cause the accident. But in former study, much of them just noticed immediate cause of the accident on one-side and didn’t notice the human error, such as equipment operator’s error and administrator’s wrong cognitive.This article finds a new way to establish the safety Occupational Aptitude appraisal system of line personnel in the S electricity board by combining the characteristics of electricity industry. The indexes of security vocational adaption evaluation system of operation of electric power personnel namely five cognitive ability, come by attendant research, analysis of date, job analysis and survey. the safety Occupational Aptitude appraisal system of line personnel in the S electricity board is established by weighing these indexes in Delphi method. At last, Security vocational adaption evaluation system is applied one electricity board and brings out the method of training promotion.The purpose of this article is to support more ample and reliable theoretical basis to selection, allocation and training operation of electric power personnel by studying the core ideology of five cognitive ability. It has practical significance to make people and post match reasonable, raise labor productivity, ensure production safety and so on, by researched the safety Occupational Aptitude appraisal system of line personnel in the S electricity board.更多还原
