【摘要】 随着我国经济的持续快速增长,物流产业在我国获得了长足的发展,作为现代物流发展方向的第三方物流业也取得了很大的进步。这给第三方物流企业提供了广阔的发展空间和机遇,传统物流企业纷纷向现代第三方物流企业转型。同时,变化莫测的市场条件和日益激烈的竞争环境下,也给转型发展的现代第三方物流企业带来了更多的风险。在这一背景下,本文以现代第三方物流企业的风险为研究对象,首先从第三方物流理论出发,研究传统物流企业向现代第三方物流企业转型的目标、原则和途径；然后详细分析了现代第三方物流企业存在的主要风险,构建了评价指标体系；在对比主要常见方法的基础上,提出运用集值统计的方法来评价企业的风险,并建立了完整的评价模型；接着,研究第三方物流企业风险防范体系的构建,并针对各个风险提出相应防范措施；最后以某个转型发展的现代第三方物流企业为例,对其风险进行识别评价,并有针对性的提出防范策略方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the sustained and rapid growth of economy in our country, the Logistic Industry has made considerable progress. TPL which represents the direction of development in modern logistic has also made great progress. Because of getting broad space and opportunities for the development of TPL corporations, the traditional logistic companies transformed to the modern TPL companies. Meanwhile, the unpredicted market condition and the increasingly intensive competition bring risks to them.Against this background, this paper takes the business risk of transformed TPL companies as the research subject. Firstly from the TPL theory, it deals with the goals、principles and means of transformation in which the traditional logistic companies shifted to the modern TPL ones. Then after detailed analysis of the primary risk in the modern TPL companies, this paper established the index system. Based on comparing the common methods, we decide to use set-valued statistics method to make the risk evaluation by constructing integrated models. Afterward we study the system construction of risk prevention, and put forward the corresponding precautions. Finally, take a modern TPL company which has transformed for example, we try to identify and evaluate its risks and propose some coping tactics and methods on defending them correspondingly.更多还原
