浅埋黄土隧道下穿高速公路沉降控制研究

【摘要】 郑西客运专线包含大量的大断面黄土隧道,其开挖面积达170m2以上,并由于黄土特殊性,隧道变形难以控制,工程难度极大。其中,阌乡隧道属于浅埋隧道,并下穿重要的公路——连霍高速,因此对沉降的控制要求十分突出。本文依托阌乡隧道工程,通过对试验段的试验研究,对浅埋黄土隧道的沉降控制进行了深入的研究,并将研究结果很好的运用到了工程实践中。主要内容如下:(1)概述了开挖引起的隧道纵向和横向的沉降规律,明确研究方向;(2)在阌乡隧道设置试验段,对试验段地表沉降、拱顶沉降、土体变形等进行了现场监测,根据实测数据曲线进行沉降规律的研究,为沉降控制提供大量事实依据;(3)通过数值模拟以及对实测数据的分析,总结了阌乡隧道沉降影响因素,进一步根据沉降规律和结论提出改进的施工工艺和具体工法;(4)将得出的沉降规律以及改进后的工艺应用于阌乡隧道下穿段的施工和监测,通过现场监测,总结分析控制措施的效果,为以后类似的工程提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 In Zhengxi Passenger Railway construction, plenty of loess tunnels has large section with section area over 170 m2. Additionally, loess, a kind of special soil with unique mechanical property, makes tunnel deformation more hardly to control. Wenxiang Tunnel is a shallow tunnel with more difficulties, shallow buried and underpass a busy highway. So, the construction of Wenxiang Tunnel has an extremely strict settlement restrict. Based on the experimental section research, a thorough study on settlement law have been done and would be use in techniques amelioration to make sure settlement of formal underpass section will get well controlled. The research works in this paper are concluded as follow:(1) Both longitudinal and lateral settlement law caused by tunnel excavation have been summarized to make the research direction clear;(2) In Wenxiang Tunnel, an experimental section before underpass section was set up to do field research on surface settlement, vault settlement, soil body transformation and so on. According to the field data, settlement laws of shallow loess tunnel have been concluded from the final settlement result and would play a basic role in advanced techniques making;(3) By numerical simulation and analysis of on-site research data, the influence factors have been summarized and ameliorate construction techniques and methods also have been made.(4) The settlement law and improved technique are used in the construction and monitoring of underpass section. Through field monitoring, the controlling methods have been evaluated to check their effects in order to provide useful reference to analogous projects.
