负压封闭引流技术治疗皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用体会

The Clinical Application Experience of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Therapy in Treating the Skin and Soft Tissue Absent Wound

【摘要】 目的通过对临床病例的研究及数据分析,探讨负压封闭引流技术对皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果,总结临床经验方法回顾我科2007年1月-2010年1月收治的50例皮肤软组织缺损病人,接受VSD治疗患者26例,32处创面;接受传统换药治疗患者24例,31处创面。随访时间1-8月,记录统计患者一般情况,创面例数,创面愈合时间,患者疼痛评分等资料,观察临床疗效,进行数据对比,总结治疗方法。结果1、所有病人经结合VSD治疗、传统换药及手术植皮或转移皮瓣均愈合出院。未出现明显并发症。2、VSD治疗组创面的愈合时间明显短于传统换药组,二者差别有统计学意义(P值均小于0.05)3、VSD治疗组患者的疼痛评分明显低于传统换药组,二者差别有统计学意义(P小于0.05)结论VSD技术对于皮肤软组织缺损的治疗是一种较为简单、有效的方法,在掌握好禁忌症的前提下值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThrough studying the clinical cases and analyzing data, to examine the treatment effects and summarize clinical experience of the Vacuum Sealing Drainage (VSD) in treating Skin and Soft Tissue Defect.MethodsFrom January 2007 to January 2010, a total of 50 patients with Skin and Soft Tissue Defect were treated in our department.26 patients,32 wounds, underwent VSD therapy and 24 patients,31 wounds, were treated by traditional wound dressing therapy. All patients were followed up for 1-8 months. We made clinical records and statistics of each patient’s basic situation, the number of cases of wound surface, the healing time of wound surface, and the scales of pain on patients, then observed the clinical efficacy, used comparative data analysis and gave method summary of the clinical treatment.Results1. All patients with the treatments of VSD therapy, traditional wound dressing integrating skin grafting or flap grafting repair were cured, and had no obvious complications during the treatments.2. The healing time in VSD treatment group was significantly shorter than the traditional wound dressing group (P<0.05).3. The scale of pain on patients in VSD treatment group was significantly shorter than the traditional wound dressing group (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe VSD therapy is an easy and effective method for the treatment of Skin and Soft Tissue Defect. And it is worth the clinical application after mastering its contraindications.
