吉林省农业企业国际创业战略研究

Research on Entrepreneurship Strategy of Agricultural Enterprises in Jilin Province

【摘要】 吉林省是我国的农业大省,早在70年代吉林省便以农业产业化的思路指导农业发展。在中国进入WTO后,吉林省农业经济建设更是取得了长足的发展,涌现出一大批具备一定实力的农业企业及品牌产品,如大成的赖氨酸、德大的鸡肉、皓月的牛肉、华正的猪肉、敖东的中药等都是具有吉林特色的农产品知名品牌。吉林省重点农业企业在占据国内大部分市场份额后,纷纷开始走向国际。随着全球一体化以及振兴东北工业基地政策的实施,吉林省农业企业必须加快发展速度,将国际创业作为一项重要发展战略。本文从吉林省农业企业实际出发,在分析吉林省农业企业发展现状的基础上,提出目前阻碍吉林省重点农业企业国际创业发展的若干问题,利用国别冷热比较分析的方法,对吉林省农业企业国际创业的六个主要市场(日本、韩国、俄罗斯、美国、东盟及欧盟)环境进行分析,提出市场选择建议,再从企业自身考虑,提出具有针对性的国际创业模式以及竞争战略,最后提出吉林省农业企业国际创业的战略支撑体系,希望对吉林省重点农业企业开展国际创业提供理论指导及借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Jilin Province is located in the middle of the Northeast China Plain, which is one of the most famous "Golden Corn Belt" in the world. Jilin Province is rich in natural resources and it is a key base for food production. Since the 21st century, the grain output in Jilin Province has increased year by year with the development of agricultural modernization. The total grain output has increased. Also, there are a large number of agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province developing rapidly with the aid of policies from the government. By the end of 2008, the number of large-scale agricultural industrialization organizations is 3,510, the number of leading enterprises is 320, which contains nearly 90 enterprises’annual sales above 100million Yuan. Some of the enterprises, such as Dachen Group, Haoyue Group, Aodong Group have begun to take shape and owned their brand names as well as being recognized by customers. So far the agricultural industry has become the second important pillar industry besides the automobile industry in Jilin Province.The abundant natural resources provide unique condition to develop the economy and exploite the resource. The predominant geological lacation and abundant nutural resources in Jilin Province present huge opportunities for agricultural enterprises’entreprenurship. In recent years, a lot of leading agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province have positioned themselves for the international markets and made certain achivements. Take Dacheng Group for example, after so many years of enterprenurship’s effort, its products are sold in the US, Canada, Austrilia, Brazil, Korea and so on. In addition, it has set up branches or agencies in the US and UK. It is the largest corn deep processing enterprise in China, the competitive strength is ranked 1st in Asia and 3rd in the world, also it is the largest Lysine producer in the world. The enterprenurship of Dacheng Group has achived an initial success.This article analyze six important markets for agricultural enterprises’ entreprenurship in Jilin Province, evaluates different marketing envirnments, and puts forward pertinence entrepreneurial models. This article is aimed at helping agricultural enterprises in Jilin Province to accelerate the process of entreprenurship and approaching to international market.First of all, this article starts from the rapid development of agricultural enterprises’entreprenureship in recent years and predominant geological lacation and abundant nutural resources in Jilin Province to clearify the theoretical and practical value of the article. Then, main studies and goals, logical structures and study methods are arranged, relevant theories such as entrepreneurship, strategic management are summarized and elaborated detailed ly.Second, the current entrepreneurship situation is analyzed and the trend of development of agricultual in Jilin Province is described. The food output is increasing steadly so that the food security has been guaranteed. The development level of Chemical-free farming products, green food, OTAP has raised rapidly. The agricultural mechanization, the agrotechny also developed so rapid that the agricultual has become the pillar industry in Jilin Province as well as the automobile industry. Finally, the problems exsiting in the process of entrepreneurship are pointed out. The level of agro-industry’s development is relatively lower, and there are fewer internationally well-known brand. The agricultural products exportation entreprises have enadequate competitive power, which restrains the process of entrepreneurship. Most of enterprises have difficulties in financing, which impedes the development of entrepreneurship. The lack of trade-stimulating mechanism appeals to perfect agrarian system by the government. The management of information needs strengthening and the capabilities of information collecting, processing and analysing need to be enhanced. Nowadays, the trade protectionism prevails the technical barriers to agricultural products rises and the proportion of green food’s export increases ceaselessly, consequently, the level of food safety needs to be enhanced and the risk awarenes as well as risk resistibility need increasing substantially.This article analyzes six main international market, namely Japan, Korea, ASEAN, Russia, the US and the EU with the aim of launching entrepreneurship and invest in foreign countries. This article try to choose the best international investment market for agricultural enterprises’ entrepreneurship in Jilin Province. On the basis of above, the supporting system of entrepreneurship strategies is established from different aspects, including of supporting system, the government and enterprises.In the end, conclusions and prospects are proposed to summarize the research in this article and point out how to promote continued studies.
