面向需求维护维护屋的模型与方法研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济的发展,世界经济的一体化和全球化竞争形势逐渐形成,这使得全球的企业面临着非常严峻的竞争环境。规模化生产越来越普遍,市场要求的产品越来越严格,企业产品的速度、成本、质量是在这种竞争环境下获得成功最关键的三个要素。企业设备以及产品的维护也是制约这三个要素的关键因素。但现有的维护维修理论在这一竞争环境下相对滞后。面向需求维护正是基于这种环境下提出来的,它是以维护需求为核心,以效益、效率和安全可靠为目标,基于企业集成化信息环境,综合运用各种维护维修技术与方法,在有限维护资源限制条件下,以期总体维护效果最好为基准,应用维护功能配置MFD方法制定切实可行的维护维修方案来完成企业维护维修活动的一种现代维护管理理论.维护屋是其核心的技术方法,本文研究了维护屋的模型,并结合事例对其进行决策.首先,本文介绍了维护屋的构成要素和定义.其次,本文引用了QFD中的质量屋的十大步骤,将其引用到维护屋中,也对其进行十大步骤分析,并在每个步骤中,介绍了目前的一些主要解决方法和分析研究存在的不足,最后给出每个步骤的要素合适的解决方法.用粗糙集方法来确定维护需求;用权重概率综合系数法确定维护需求基本重要度;用卡诺模型的修正因子确定维护需求重要度的修正因子;用粗糙集方法确定其工程特性。最后再对炼钢厂的维护屋进行了目标规划并得出决策.通过对维护屋的研究会使面向需求维护这一新型的工业维护理论得到更好的发展.而面向需求维护理论是借鉴QFD理论而来,通过对HOM的研究会使QFD在工业维护方面得到进一步的延伸.

【Abstract】 As the pace of world economy-integration is accelerating and the situation of global competition is forming,gradually enterprises are faced with a more and more competitive environment.As large-scale production is common increasingly, requirements of products is stringent increasingly on the market. The speed and cost and quality of products of enterprise is the three most critical elements in this competitive environment. Equipment and product maintenance are also the key constraint actors of these three elements. Under this new circumstance it is evident that the relatively lagging of maintenance theory and practice had become a problem. Requirement-Oriented Maintenance is proposed based on this environment, which is a modern maintenance management theories, based on maintenance requirements as the core, based on effectiveness、efficiency、safe and reliable as the goal, based on enterprise integrated information environment, completing the business activities of the Maintenance in the method of maintenance functions to configure MFD, with a view to maintaining the overall best as a benchmark in the maintenance of resource constraints limited conditions, using of various preventive maintenance techniques and methods in an integrated manner , based on enterprise integrated information environment. House of Maintenance is its core technical methods. This paper researched the model of HOM and made a decision with an example.First, the article describes the elements and their definitions of HOM and estates a model of the planning target. Second, the paper quoted the ten steps of house of quality in the QFD and extended it to HOM, but also analyzed the ten steps and introduced the current major solutions and their insufficient, finally, gave more appropriate solutions in each step .Finally, this paper determined the maintenance requirements with incomplete rough centralized decision-making system, determined the basic of importance maintenance needs with an integrated method of the probability of the weight coefficient, determined an important degree of correction factor of the maintenance needs with correction factor of the Kano’s model, determined their engineering properties with rough set method ,finally, established the target planning of HOM of the steel mill and made a decision.The new the theory of industrial maintenance will make a better development by the research of ROM. While ROM is QFD, the theory of industrial maintenance will be further extended.
