【摘要】 电子党务是党组织借助信息化手段实施管理的一种创新形式,它利用先进的管理理念和技术手段,对传统的党务管理方式进行改进和提升,大大提升了党务工作的适用性、规范性和科学性。电子党务建设的艰巨性、复杂性和涉及范围决定了在建设过程中应采用项目管理的管理方法。本文以电子党务的项目管理模式为主要研究对象,注重理论研究与实证分析,提出以业主为主导,按照项目管理方式建设电子党务系统,并以“廊坊供电公司电子党务管理系统建设”为例,论证上述管理模式在实际工程中的可行性,同时提出了进一步改进和提高电子党务工程项目管理水平的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an innovation of management, electro Party-affairs system has improved traditional Party-affairs management with both advanced management concept and information-based means. Applying the system, the Party-affairs construction is upgraded in applicability, normalization and scientificity.Project management method should be adopted during the construction of electro Party-affairs system considering its difficulties and range. Aiming at the project management mode, the thesis makes great efforts on theory study and practice analysis, and proposes that the system construction shall be dominated by the project owner in project management mode. With introduction of electro Party-affairs system construction of Langfang Power Supply Company, the thesis demonstrates the feasibility of the management mode in practice. And it is also proposed to improve further the management of electro Party-affairs project.更多还原
