电网智能报警系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着电网日益复杂,现有的SCADA系统汇集到电网调度中心的各种信息量激增,使得调度员对于快速变化的“海量”报警信息无所适从,导致真正而重要的报警信息不能起到应有的作用。论文针对该问题,研究并设计了电网智能报警系统,首先采用基于决策树的数据挖掘方法滤掉报警信息中的噪声,然后在研究报警信息内在关系的基础上,应用产生式规则进行智能推理和分析,将综合报警信息及时准确地提供给调度运行人员。实现了报警信息的初步智能化。该系统已得到实际应用,并取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 As the power grid is more and more complex,the information transformed from the SCADA to the Drid Dispatching Center increases rapidly which makes the Dispatcher do not know how to deal with so many radiply changed warnings,and the really important warnings may be ignored.In view of this problem,this paper researched and designed the Intelligent Alarm system. First the noise was flited by the technology of Date Mining based on Decision Tree,then intellectually reason and analyze on Production Rules on the basis of reaearching internal relation of warnings to provide comprehensive warnings to dispathers timely and correctly.It realize preliminary intelligence of alarm information processing.This system has been used in Ding Xi grid in GanSu province and has made remarkable effect.
