【摘要】 线损率是电力企业一项重要的经济效益指标,其大小是现有电网规划设计、生产运营和效绩管理水平的直接体现。对于电力企业线损的精细化管理而言,客观地分析线损率波动产生的原因,利用科学的分析方法建立完善的统计线损管理体系,进而提供无可争议的统计线损率,能够提高生产运行的经济效益和增强综合管理水平。本文介绍了线损统计计算的基本理论和分析方法,分析了影响金桥供电分局线损波动的主要因素,应用改进的供、售电量不对应分析法针对本供电企业内的四个营业站实际数据进行了计算分析,得出了较为合理的线损率计算结果,验证了本文方法具有很强的有效性和实用性。论文从技术和管理角度提出了线损计算的改善策略,为进一步推进线损精细化管理提出了合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Line loss rate reflects the level of programming designation, production operation and management of power system synthetically. As for increasingly valued fine management, objectively analyzing causes of the fluctuating of line loss rate and establishing perfect management system for statistical line losses by using scientific methods propose a rational statistical line losses rate, thereby, operating economic benefit and the level of management are advanced. This paper introduced basic theories of statistical line losses and methods of analysis and analyzed major fluctuation causes of Jinqiao Power Supply Company, then, using improved method of unmatched between supply and distribution makes rational statistical line losses rate appear based on four operating stations, which showed the method provided in this paper is effective and practical. Meanwhile, practical and management improvement strategy promises the fine management realize in Jinqiao Power Supply Company.更多还原
