基于机动时间的关键链缓冲设置和管理研究

【摘要】 关键链项目管理方法在缩短工期方面的应用取得了很好的效果,关键链理论也成为学者们研究的热点。本文对目前关键链研究中的空白领域——机动时间及其特性进行了研究。利用机动时间特性解决了在复杂的网络中关键链和接入链的识别问题,所用方法简单有效。利用CPM网络研究关键链机动时间特性,解决了因接入缓冲区尺寸过大影响关键链的问题,完善了关键链缓冲区的设置方法。

【Abstract】 The application of critical chain project management approach for shortening the project duration in practical has achieved good effects. And the theory of critical chain has also been a focus for many researchers. The properties of floats which are the blank areas of critical chain management are studied in this paper. This paper solves the problems of identifying the critical chain and feeding chain in a complex network in use of properties of floats. And the method is simple and effective. Properties of floats are studied in critical chain in use of CPM network, and then the problem which the feeding buffer affects the critical chain is solved, when the size of feeding buffer is larger than it should be. As a result the method of buffer placing is improved.
