【摘要】 本文在对国内外现有循环经济价值链相关文献进行综合评述的基础上,以山东信发铝电集团为例,对其发展循环经济的实践进行了介绍,对其运用循环经济理念优化价值链以提高竞争优势的原理和效益进行了细致和深入的分析,并针对其现状提出了相关优化建议,以期能对其进一步发展循环经济的实践有所裨益。本文的创新点主要体现在：在理论上,整合循环经济理论与价值链理论,从一个崭新的角度进行了分析；同时在此基础上以信发集团为例,对其循环经济价值链管理的实践进行了细致分析,并对其运用循环经济理念改造企业传统价值链的原理进行了深入研究,具有较强的针对性和现实性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes Shandong Xinfa Group as an example in the foundation of summarizing the existing research literature’s viewpoint, introduces the practical experience of developing Recycle economy, analysis principle and benefit of the way increasing competitive advantage by use of cyclic economy concept, take relevant proposal against the status quo to help they develop Recycle economy in the further.This article’s innovation mainly manifests in:In theory, analysis from a new point of view by integrating theory of Recycle economy and value chain; as the same time, analyze at great length the practice of Xinfa Group’s cyclic economy value chain management; researching the principle deeply of transforming the enterprise’s traditional value chain by using the perception of Recycle economy with strong points.更多还原
