降阻防腐技术在变电站接地网的应用分析

【摘要】 变电站接地网是电力系统安全运行的根本保证。如何有效降低接地网接地电阻、如何对接地网腐蚀进行防护,这些都是急需研究、解决的问题。论文调研分析了接地网接地电阻偏高的原因,并提出降低接地电阻的有效措施并进行应用分析:此外还统计分析接地网腐蚀及其机理、土壤对接地导体腐蚀的影响因素、并有针对性的提出了接地网的防腐措施,并对实际变电站接地网进行腐蚀防护措施的应用,进而验证了本文提出的接地网防腐措施的有效性和实用性。变电站接地网降阻防腐技术的研究为解决接地网接地电阻偏高且容易发生腐蚀等问题提供理论依据和实践指导,为变电站安全运行增加了一道防护墙。

【Abstract】 Substation grounding grid is the fundamental guarantee for power system’s safe operation. How to effectively reduce the grounding resistance of grounding grids, how to carry out grounding network corrosion protection, all of these problems are urgent to be researched and solved.This paper research and analysis the reasons of high grounding resistance of grounding grid and propose effective measures to reduce the grounding resistance and carry out application analysis on reduces resistance technology. In addition, the paper analysis of grounding grids corrosion mechanism, the soil factors impact on the grounding conductor corrosion, and propose effective measures to prevent the grounding conductor corrosion. Through the application of corrosion protection measures on actual substation grounding grid, the effectiveness and practicability of corrosion prevention technology were proved.The applied analysis of resistance reduction and corrosion prevention provides the theory basis and practice guidance for solving the high grounding resistance and easy corrosion problem of substation grounding grid. It will greatly enhance the substation grounding grid’s stability and security.
