【摘要】 知识经济时代,传统的信息服务已不能满足社会对信息的需求,新兴的知识服务逐渐被人们所广泛关注。作为科学文化事业单位,目前综合档案馆的社会服务功能尚未充分发挥。通过对档案馆知识服务的研究,探索档案馆多样化、个性化、专业化的知识服务模式与方法,使档案馆成为新型的公共信息服务机构和公共文化服务机构,从而开拓档案馆的发展空间,实现档案馆发展的新跨越。本文受特里·库克“后保管模式”中知识服务思想的启发,运用档案学理论和知识服务理论,立足于我国档案馆资源建设和利用服务的现状,提出了档案馆知识服务的理念。在科学界定当前档案馆知识服务概念的基础上,文章分析了档案馆知识服务系统的主要构成要素及其具体实现路径,并提出了目前档案馆实践和推进知识服务的思路和举措,以求改进档案馆的利用服务工作。本文主要从管理层面而非技术层面来讲“档案馆知识服务”的具体实现策略。重点在于优化档案馆的数字馆藏与网络服务,强调实现馆藏的知识化和服务的知识化。文章本着“以用户为中心”的服务理念,从技术支撑、人力保障、馆藏建设、服务模式、实现平台等方面探讨了档案馆实施知识服务的策略与方法。知识服务是档案馆谋求新发展的趋势之选,而国内大多数档案馆距离实现数字档案馆还有很大的差距。本文的创新之处就在于提出了在数字档案馆建设尚未全面铺开的当前,档案馆实施知识服务的发展模式。其中,文章从知识转化的角度分析了档案工作者在知识服务系统中的核心作用,并提出了档案馆加强知识型档案工作队伍建设的措施。档案馆实施知识服务的核心是优化馆藏与服务,而最终都要通过一个终端门户实现与档案用户的连接互动。文章认为现阶段档案馆门户网站可以承担这一任务,并提出了知识型档案网站的建设方案。

【Abstract】 Traditional information services could not meet the users’ information requirement at the knowledge economy times. The rising knowledge service has been paid more and more attention and known. At the moment, the social service function of comprehensive archives as a scientific and cultural institution has not been brought into fullest play. Through the study on the comprehensive archives knowledge service, we can explore some diverse, personalized and professional modes and methods of comprehensive archives knowledge service, so as to make comprehensive archives turn to be public information service institution and public cultural service institution and get further development.Inspired by the idea of knowledge service in Terry Cook’s "Post-Custody Model", this thesis tries to propose a concept of knowledge service in comprehensive archives with theory of archives science and theory of knowledge service, based on the present development of resource and service in Chinese comprehensive archives. This thesis scientifically defines the concept of comprehensive archives knowledge service, builds up a system of archives knowledge service and analyses its main components and the process and methods to accomplish it. After that, the thesis puts forward the measures to carry out knowledge service in archives at present, which could promote the service of archives.The thesis elaborates the specific strategies to carry out archives knowledge service on a management level rather than at technical aspects. The emphasis is to optimize the digital holdings and web services, for the sake of intellectualization of holdings and service. With the "user-centered" service concept, the thesis expounds and proves the strategies and measures to implement archives knowledge service from aspects of technical support, manpower support, collection building, services mode, implementation platform and so on.Knowledge service is the inexorable trend to seek development for archives. Now most domestic archives have not realized the project of digital archives. The innovation of this thesis is to propose a pattern of developing archives knowledge service under the background. The thesis sets forth the key role of archivists in the system of archives knowledge service, and states the measures to improve archivists’ quality to provide knowledge service. The crux of developing archives knowledge service lies in the optimization of collections and services. But in the end, all of the above needs to be carried out by the archives website, which links the archives and users. Furthermore, the thesis proposes a programme to improve the archives website serving for knowledge service at present.
