大学生群体应对高校突发事件态度问题研究

【摘要】 高校作为智力资源和培养基地,在国家的政治稳定和社会和谐中承担重要任务,其安全与稳定是社会和谐、政局稳定的晴雨表。高校的平安稳定,大学生的健康发展,受到政府、社会、家庭的普遍关注。维护高校稳定,大学生健康成长,政府、高校和社会各界都为之做出了不懈的努力,收到了一定的成效。但是,现有的高校突发事件应对正在显露忽视学生应对态度的短板。本文在比较分析了高校突发事件管理与公共危机管理的差异的基础上,提出了重视大学生群体应对突发事件态度的必要,并对现在的大学生群体的应对态度进行了审视,找出了其中的积极因素和缺陷,提出了高校突发事件预防和管理的建议。具体来说,内容如下:第一部分是论文的导论部分,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意义,相关的研究进展情况,文章的研究内容和研究思路以及研究方法。第二部分“高校突发事件类型及特征”中,首先由危机的经典定义入手,剖析构成危机的几点要素和不同危机的区别点。分析发现不同领域的危机区别在于受到影响的领域目标不同。对于高校来说,危机的关键在于威胁到高校的教育存在和教育实现。而高校突发事件管理的本质追求在于保证教育存在和教育实现。本质差异决定特征差异,同公共危机管理相比,高校突发事件管理在诱因、风险表现、风险治理方式和治理角色等方面都格外需要注意大学生群体应对突发事件时的态度及其变化。同时,文中结合行政学、管理学、心理学等相关领域的理论,列析了高校突发事件管理中研究大学生群体应对突发事件态度研究的理论依据。第三部分“大学生群体应对高校突发事件态度的构成要素及其评价”中,首先给出了关于态度的一般概念,包括态度的构成要素、态度与行为的关系和影响因素以及态度的测得。这既是本章内容的理论基点,也是本部分和下一部分内容的核心思路呈现。在一般概念的基础之上,采用学生事务管理专家和学生代表共同讨论的方式,分析、探讨并确定了构成大学生群体应对高校突发事件的三级共26项要素;同时,使用支持度分配的方式,确定了各要素对各自上级要素和态度的重要性。第四部分“关于大学生群体应对高校突发事件态度的问卷设计与实证分析”中,结合前文所述内容,阐述了研究大学生群体应对高校突发事件态度的调查问卷的编制办法和结果处理的思路,并以济南市三所高校的700名大学生为样本进行问卷调查。对调查结果进行分析认为:当前大学生群体应对高校突发事件,有积极的防御风险和自我保护的意识、稳定的心理素质和行为控制能力以及较高的法律意识和道德水平等有利因素,同时也存在着实用知识、技能和有用资源掌握较少、抗压能力弱和缺乏在经济方面进行自我保护的意识等问题,并对这些问题出现的原因进行分析。

【Abstract】 As the base of cultivation of intellectual resources, the colleges and universities play an important role in political stabilization and social harmony; their safety and stabilization are the barometer of social harmony and stabilization of political situation. The safety and stabilization of colleges and universities and the healthy development of university students are widely concerned by the government, society and families.The government, colleges and universities and all circles of the society have done much to maintain the stabilization of colleges and universities and the healthy development of university students, and certain effects have been achieved. However, the present coping of emergencies in colleges and universities shows the weak point of coping attitude of the students.Based on the analysis of differences of the management of emergencies in colleges and universities and the management of public crisis, this paper proposes that it is necessary to attach importance to the coping attitude of the group of university students towards emergencies, reviews their attitude at present, finds the positive factors and shortcomings, and puts forward suggestions for preventing and managing emergencies in colleges and universities.ChapterⅠis the introduction of the paper, which introduces the research background, research objects and significance, and related research situation of the paper, the research content, research outline and research methodology of the paper.ChapterⅡ"Types and Characteristics of Emergencies in Colleges and Universities", starting with the classical definition of crisis, analyzes the elements that constitute crisis and differences of different crisis. The analysis finds that the difference of crisis in different areas lies in that the affected area targets are different. For colleges and universities, the key of crisis is that it threatens the education existence and education realization of colleges and universities. The essence of management of emergencies in colleges and universities is to guarantee the education existence and education realization. As the essence decides the distinction, compared with the management of public crisis, the management of emergencies in colleges and universities should pay special attention to the attitude and its changes of the group of university students towards emergencies from the perspectives of inducement, representation of risks, control methods of risks and role of control. Meanwhile, combining relevant theories in the fields of public administration, management and psychology, the paper puts forth and analyzes the theoretical basis of research on the coping attitude of the group of university students towards emergencies.Chapter III "Compositional Factors and Evaluation of the Attitude of the Group of University Students towards Emergencies in Colleges and Universities" first gives the general definition of attitude, including the composing factors of attitude, relationship between attitude and behavior and its influencing factors, and the record of attitude. This is the theoretical basis of this chapter, and is a demonstration of the core outline of this chapter and the next chapter. Based on general concepts, adopting the way of mutual discussion of experts on student affairs management and student representatives, the paper analyzes, discusses and gives out the 26 factors in three levels of coping of the group of university students towards emergencies; meanwhile, by the way of distributing supporting degree, it gives out the importance of these factors to superior factors and attitudes.Chapter IV "Questionnaire Design and Positivist Analysis on Attitude of the Group of University Students towards Emergencies", combing the above contents, explains the compiling method and result treatment of questionnaires about the coping attitude of the group of university students towards emergencies, and carries out questionnaire investigation with 700 students from three colleges and universities in Jinan as the sample. The analysis of questionnaire result finds:there are advantages of the group of university students in coping emergencies in colleges and universities including their positive consciousness of preventing risks and self-protection, stable psychological quality and ability of behavior control, high legal consciousness and morality; meanwhile there exist problems such as little practical knowledge, skills and resources, weak anti-pressure ability and lack of self-protection consciousness in economics. The paper analyzes the causes of these problems.
