基于PLM的制造检验闭环管理研究

【摘要】 随着时代的发展,企业应用大量计算机信息技术来提升管理水平,实施了产品数据管理(Product Data Management, PDM)、企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)、计算机辅助生产计划(Computer-Aided Process Planning, CAPP).供应链关系管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM)等一系列的信息化解决方案,尤其是在设计、采购等产品生命周期上游阶段取得较好的效果。然而,制造检验环节的信息化水平相对比较薄弱。部分企业采用了计算机辅助质量(Computer-Aided Quality, CAQ)系统,实现了现场数据的采集和分析,但与制造检验的复杂系统工程管理、在源头上挖掘控制质量故障以及企业的知识积累重用等客观需求相去甚远,远不能达到ISO9001标准的全面质量要求。鉴于以上现状,本文基于产品全生命周期管理(Product Life-cycle Management, PLM)系统平台,对制造检验的闭环管理方法进行了研究。首先,本文使用面向对象技术,建立了制造检验的数据模型及面向不同工作阶段的数据组织视图,完整、有序的存储和表达检验工作涉及的静态和动态质量数据。使用分类管理思想,归类整理质量数据,建立规则联系,实现了制造检验知识的积累。其次,使用基于扩展统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language, UML)活动图的工作流模型建模方法,建立了检验工作过程模型,满足复杂制造检验工作的高柔性要求。使用工作流驱动的过程管理方法,建立了多视图模型集成管理体系,提供全面的支持信息,严格控制和监督检验工作过程,详细记录过程信息,使责任可追溯。然后,建立故障案例库和检索策略,使用基于案例的推理技术(Case-Based Reasoning, CBR),实现了计算机辅助故障模式与影响分析(Failure Mode And Effect Analysis, FMEA),帮助企业智能分析设计或工艺的潜在故障缺陷,使潜在缺陷收集更加全面,工作过程更加高效。最后,基于PLM系统平台做了实现,并在黄海造船有限公司进行了实施,帮助企业收集管理制造检验的质量数据,严格的控制制造检验过程,实现了企业制造检验知识的积累和重用,保证了数据的有效性和一致性,提高了工作效率和规范化程度,改进了产品质量,提升了企业竞争力。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, the management level of companies, especially in designing and purchasing phases of the product lifecycle, has been improved with several informationization tools, such as PDM, ERP, CAPP, SCM, CRM, and so on. However, the informationization level of manufacturing inspection is not good enough. The CAQ system which could gather and analyze the data from workshops has been implemented by some companies, but it couldn’t match with the deep needs of their business and the ISO 9001 standards. So, based on the PLM platform, a closed-loop management method of manufacturing inspection is presented.At first, an unified inspection data model and some work views faced to different phases are built based on the object-oriented method, which could store and show all of the static and dynamic data referred to the manufacturing inspection process more completely and scientifically.Secondly, an inspection workflow model is built based on extensional unified modeling language activity diagrams. And in order to improve inspection efficiency, standardize work process and keep information traceable, a management method of workflow driven manufacturing inspection is presented.What’s more, a failure case knowledge library and an integrated inquiry tactic is presented based on CBR methodology. Then, the computer-aided FMEA, which is used to analyze the potential quality risks, could work more efficiently and intelligently.In the end, the solution of this paper is developed as a function module on PLM platform. And the feasibility is illustrated through the application in Huanghai Shipbuilding Company.
