基于LabVIEW的电动汽车驱动系统测试平台的控制

【摘要】 电动汽车驱动系统的测试平台的课题来源于北方工业大学电动汽车实验室专项试验,包括平台硬件搭建和测控软件开发两部分。本课题的目的是对电动机及控制器进行控制、电动汽车的工况模拟和测试,为动力系统参数匹配和控制策略优化建立柔性的控制和测试平台。传统的电机测试平台不是针对电动汽车驱动电机设计的,不能满足测试平台模拟电动汽车运行工况的试验要求,因此,开发专门的电动汽车驱动系统测试平台势在必行。本课题根据电动汽车驱动系统的特点,搭建了结合CAN总线技术和虚拟仪器技术的测试系统的平台,依靠计算机的强大数据处理能力,实现了整个测试平台的控制、通信、测试和工况模拟功能。测试平台包括测功机及控制器系统、被测电机及控制器系统、转速转矩传感器、功率分析仪和计算机测控系统及其他部分。论文设计了测试平台的通信系统和测量系统,并采用模块化方法,使用LabVIEW编写测试平台监控测试软件,主要模块包括数据采集和通信模块、控制模块、测试模块和数据管理模块,详细设计了模块功能。然后用matlab/simulink对测试平台驱动部分的重要部件,包括测功机及控制器系统、被测电机及控制器系统、转速转矩传感器、功率分析仪进行半实物仿真,并结合当前国内外几种重要的工况循环试验标准,以美国的SAEJ227a试验循环模拟了在5工况下的电动机的转速和转矩值,为电动汽车的合理设计提供了有力的支持。电动汽车驱动系统测试平台的设计,为电动汽车驱动系统的控制、性能测试以及模拟电动汽车的运行工况提供了可靠的平台,为高性能电动汽车的开发提供了条件,对电动汽车研发工作具有积极的意义。

【Abstract】 The project of developing a test bench for the system of motor drive on Electric Vehicle (EV) comes from the lab of EV in North China University of Technology, including the design of hardware and software. The aim of this project is to control and test the electromotor of the motor drive system and simulate the drive cycle of EV, set up a software controlling and testing bench for the parameter match and the control strategy optimize in dynamical system.Traditional motor test bench is not satisfied with the requirement of the system of motor drive on EV. So the EV test bench project is imperative under the situation. We make the test depending on the feature of the system of drive on EV, and found the test bench combining CAN bus with the technology of virtual instrument. Meanwhile, with the help of powerful ability of the computer in data process, realizing the communication, controlling, testing and the simulation of the drive cycle of EV.The test bench includes the dynamometer and control, the motor of being tested and control, the sensor of rotate speed and torque, the apparatus of analysis power as well as other parts. The system of communication and measurement is designed, and software is written by Lab VIEW through the design of module, the important modules which are particularly designed are collecting data and communication, control, test and the management of data. Then, simulate the important half-material parts by matlab/simulink, such as, the system of dynamometer and controller, the system of motor and controller, the sensor of rotate speed and torque, the apparatus of analysis power, and combine with the worldwide important drive cycle standard in modern times, as a example of SAE J227a in USA, analyze the rotate speed and torque in 5 drive cycle, for the logical design of EV establish the basis of theory.The design of test bench for the system of motor drive on EV, provides a reliable platform for EV in controlling and performance testing of the motor drive system and the simulation of drive cycle. This bench provides condition for developing high performance EV, and has a positive significance to EV development.
