基于田口方法的磷肥中三氯乙醛的检测方法及标准化研究

【摘要】 标准是实验室检测工作的基础,实验室必须基于标准进行检测和判定,检测方法标准要有针对性、实用性和较强的科学性,对于不同的分析对象、样品,不同的基质及不同的设备条件规定具体的实施步骤,而且所有的方法应经过多个实验室间的联合实验,不仅要对检验方法的准确性与精密度有要求,还要对重复性、再现性作出确认。随着科学技术的进步和发展,很多实验室为了解决检测中没有检测标准的难题以及标准滞后导致效率低下的问题,在实践中,利用分析领域的最新研究成果,如原子吸收光谱法、气相色普法、高效液相色普法、远红外反射光谱法、酶联免疫法等,创新或改进了很多检测方法,改进后的方法在实际运用中简捷、经济、抗干扰能力强。但根据新颁布的《实验室资质认定评审准则》之规定:在实验室自行制定或使用的非标准方法,须经过国家认可委认证确认后,方可在检测工作中使用。本文通过对标准、标准化、田口有关测量系统的选择和田口式的优化设计(稳健设计)优化测量条件的理论的阐述,从检测实验室的实际情况入手,以测定磷肥中三氯乙醛的分光比色法与气相色谱法为例,通过田口式的优化设计选择气相色谱法测量磷肥中三氯乙醛的最佳条件,再利用田口方法对分光比色法测定三氯乙醛与气相色谱法测定三氯乙醛的结果进行比较、认证,确认了气相色谱法更为准确、有效;并以此为依据,将该方法制定成标准。

【Abstract】 Standard is the basis of laboratory work, laboratories must be based on standards testing and determine, standard detection methods should be targeted、practical and strong scientific, for the analysis of different objects、samples、different substrates and different equipment conditions with specific implementation steps, and all methods should be subject to a number of joint inter-laboratory experiment, not only on the accuracy and precision of test methods are required, but also on the repeatability, reproducibility to be determined. With scientific and technological progress and development, a lot of lab testing in order to solve the problem is not testing standards as well as standard lag led to inefficiencies, in practice, using the latest research results the field of analysis, such as atomic absorption spectrometry、gas chromatography Franco-Prussian、Franco-Prussian high performance liquid chromatography、far-infrared reflection spectroscopy、enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and so on, a lot of innovative or improved detection methods, improved methods in practical application in the simple、economic and anti-jamming ability. However, according to new "laboratory accreditation criteria"is that: in the laboratory to develop or use their own non-standard methods, shall be certified through the National Accreditation Commission confirmed before use in the testing work.In this paper, the standard, standardization, Taguchi choice of the measurement system optimization and Taguchi-style design (robust design) optimization measurement conditions of the theory expounded, From the start the actual situation of testing laboratories to determine phosphate in chloral spectroscopic assay and weather chromatography, for example, By Taguchi Optimization of measurement of gas chromatography determination of phosphate in the best conditions for chloral, Re-use of Taguchi method and the spectrophotometric colorimetry chloral chloral gas chromatography to compare the results, certification, Confirmed by gas chromatography is more accurate and effective; and use it as the basis for this method to develop into a standard。
