火箭滑车结构强度设计分析

【摘要】 本论文以火箭滑车结构强度和安全性设计为背景,开展滑车的强度和安全性方面的分析,目的在于解决火箭滑车结构强度设计方法的问题。论文首先对火箭滑车运动中的受力情况进行了分析,通过建立弹道力学运动方程,给出了火箭滑车在发动机的推力下的运动计算方法,计算了滑车运行的最大速度和加速度。然后根据静态力学分析方法,建立了火箭滑车的物理平衡方程,推导出了火箭滑车的支反力计算公式,并计算出了它所承受的最大支反力。再运用SolidWorks软件建立了火箭滑车结构的实体模型,之后导入ANSYS软件中对其进行了数值模拟,得到了火箭滑车的应力云图、变形量及安全系数等,通过分析表明火箭滑车的结构合理,强度满足使用要求。最后再对火箭滑车进行了模态分析,得到了火箭滑车的固有频率及振型,结果说明单轨滑车在短暂的运行时间内不会因为共振现象而引起失效。总之,本论文的强度数值分析为火箭滑车结构的设计有一定的参考和实用价值。

【Abstract】 This thesis bases on theory of the strength and security of rocket sled. It aims at finding out problems in intense designing of rocket sled and trying to seek the proper approach.Firstly, the thesis focuses on the analysis and brief calculation of the force of the moving monorail rocket sled. The results indicate that rocket sled can achieve the required speed under this circumstance. Secondly, the author sets statics mathematical model of rocket sled, and calculates its greatest counterforce by the application of the formula. What’s more, the author sets structure model of rocket sled by using Microsoft SolidWorks, then under the assistance of Microsoft ANSYS, the author conducts numerical simulation and gets stress nephogram、deformation and safety factors, by which the reasonable structural designing is achieved. Finally, the thesis briefly makes the simulation analysis and clarifies the modes of vibration and frequency of rocket sled. The finding proves that monorail rocket sled would not fail to work because of resonances in a short time.To a certain extent, this thesis provides technical support for the structural designing of rocket sled; meanwhile, it can also be of practical value to other related structural designing of rocket sled.
