基于UML的企业跨境资金流动系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着江苏省资金跨境流动频率的加快,资金流动平衡变得更为脆弱,外汇监管的难度越来越大。为了防范跨境资金流动带来的风险,实现资本流动基本平衡的目标,为外汇监管提供一个中介工具,本设计基于UML思想,使用B/S和C/S相结合的混合结构开发了一个外汇资金的监管平台。系统可以有效的对跨境资本流动进行统计、跟踪、预测和分析,并对采集的数据进行加工处理、整合,实现不同监管部门间的信息共享,提高数据的及时性和准确性,防止或减少开放市场的风险和负面效应,同时提高了工作效率和经济效益。本系统使用Visual Studio2008作为开发平台,SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库,开发过程中使用了ADO. NET、模糊查询以及建立报警规则等技术,采用专门针对.NET的单元测试框架NUnit完成模块测试。本系统采用多层体系结构,保证了系统良好的灵活性和可扩展性,实现了用户在需求分析阶段提出的功能需求。

【Abstract】 As in Jiangsu Province to speed up the frequency of cross-border movement of funds, capital flows have become more fragile balance, foreign exchange regulation more and more difficult. To prevent the risks of cross-border capital flows, capital flows to achieve a basic balance of the target for the indirect supervision of foreign exchange to provide an intermediary tool, the design use B/S and C/S structures combining to develop a regulation of foreign exchange platform based on UML.System can carry out cross-border capital flows, statistics, tracking, forecasting and analysis. Processing and integrating the collected data, allowing different information sharing among regulatory authorities to improve the timeliness and accuracy of data to prevent or open market to reduce risks and negative effects, while improving the working efficiency and economic benefits.The system uses Visual Studio 2008 as a development platform, SQL Server 2000 as a back-end database. System uses ADO. NET, fuzzy query and the establishment of alarm rules technology. System uses Nunit,. NET unit testing framework, to complete the module test. The system uses multi-tier architecture to ensure the system’s flexibility and scalability to achieve the requirements analysis stage of the functional requirements.
