【摘要】 ERP(企业资源计划)是一种利用现代信息技术建立的信息网络系统,全面而有效整合企业内外资源的管理思想和模式,可显著增强企业的管理效率和水平,提高企业的经济效益和竞争能力,其作为一个有效的企业信息化解决方案日益受到企业的关注。随着计算机和网络技术的不断进步,以及目前企业的强大需求,使到信息化在企业中的覆盖面积越来越大,并仍然有不断扩大的趋势。本文以PLN公司为研究对象,对其实施ERP系统进行了研究。其意义不仅在于为该公司制定一个可行的ERP项目管理方案,更重要的是通过研究而摸索出一个可供同行业借鉴的ERP实施模式,这也是本文研究的现实意义。在研究方法上,本文结合PLN公司实际,活用有关理论,兼顾宏观和微观层次,运用定量分析和定性分析等各种方法,从调研入手,在获得充足资料的基础上,首先,通过环境分析、现状分析得出PLN公司实施ERP系统的必要性；其次,根据项目管理方法及企业实际情况设计出PLN公司ERP项目实施的详细方案；最后,本文结合PLN公司ERP实施案例,对ERP项目实施的关键因素进行了深入的解析。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP (enterprise resource planning) is a kind of management thought and pattern,which inte grates the inside and outside resources and use modern information technology to establish information network system. It can significantly strengthen the enterprise’s management efficiency and the level of enterprise management. It also can improve economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Not only with the continuous progress of computer and network technology but also with enlarging demand of the enterprise, informationization is applied in more and more aspects, and the trend is still continuing.In this paper, PLN company as the research object, its implementation of the ERP system is studied. The significance lies not only in the company to develop an ERP project management programs, more importantly, through the research and exploration establishing a reference for the same field, which is also the practical significance of this study.In the research methods, this paper links to the PLN’s actual situation, utilize the theories, pays attention to both macro-level and micro-level, uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of a variety of methods. After obtaining the sufficient material through investigation and study, firstly, through the environment analysis and the present situation analysis to confirm the necessity of the PLN company implementing the ERP system. Secondly, according to the project management methods and corporating the actual situation, we designed PLN’s detailed plan for the implementation of ERP projects; Finally, corporating the case of PLN’s ERP implementation, the key to the implementation of ERP project factors is analyzed deeply.更多还原
