基于超级电容的电梯节能控制系统研究与设计

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,能源需求量越来越高,能源紧缺成为限制各个领域发展的主要因素之一。近些年来建筑业和交通业得到长足发展,电梯也得到越来越广泛的应用,而作为耗能大户的电梯其运行能耗十分惊人。因此,研究电梯节能控制技术,具有十分重要的社会意义和经济价值。本文研究、设计了基于超级电容的电梯节能控制系统,主要工作如下:首先对系统的总体需求进行了分析,在此基础上完成了节能控制系统总体设计,包括系统整体结构和功能设计、系统控制结构设计和软硬件总体设计。详细分析了电梯系统运行特点、电梯运行过程中速度和功率特性,对运行过程中的能量需求和反馈电能进行了计算,在此基础上完成了对系统关键部件-超级电容的选型;同时,对超级电容装置中的均压装置也进行了分析、比较与选型。完成了系统硬件电路设计:详细介绍了BUCK/BOOST变换器和各种信号传感器的选型,以高性能DSP芯片为控制核心,设计了控制系统硬件电路,分别开发了电源模块、隔离驱动、通讯和显示等硬件电路模块。设计了系统节能控制算法并完成了软件系统的开发,针对DC/DC变换器开关器件通断控制,设计PI算法,完成系统控制;采用模块化软件设计方法,分别开发了控制模块、通讯模块、显示模块、信号调理模块和保护等模块等程序模块。对系统的软硬件模块进行了调试,并对结果进行了分析。最后对研究工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of economic, energy shortages as one of the main factors limit the development in every fields. In recent years the construction industry and transport industry has made rapid progress, and the elevator has also been more and more widely used, but energy-hungry as the elevator of its energy consumption is very alarming. Therefore, the study on energy-saving elevator control technology is of great social significance and economic value.In this paper, energy-saving control system of elevator is designed based on the super-capacitor, and the main jobs are as follows:First of all, the overall demand on the system is analyzed, based on which the overall energy saving control system is designed, including the structure and function of the whole system design, system control structure design, hardware and software design.The operational characteristics of the elevator system, elevator running speed and power characteristics of the process are detailed analyzed, and the energy needs and feedback power during the running process were calculated and based on the completion of which the key component of the system-super-capacitor is selected; at the same time, voltage balanced devices in super-capacitors have also been analyzed and compared with the selection.The hardware circuit design is completed:the details of the BUCK/BOOST converter and a variety of signal transducer selection are presented, and using the high performance DSP chip as the core of the control system, the control system hardware circuit is designed including power modules, segregation-driven, communications and display hardware module, and so on.Energy saving control system algorithm is designed and software system is developed; design PI for DC/DC converter control switch off the device and complete system control; modular software design methods are used to develop control module, communication module, display module, signal conditioning modules and protection module program, etc.The hardware and software modules of the system are debugged, and the results are analyzed. Finally, research is summarized and prospects.
