汽车轮胎压力监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着汽车的普及,汽车行驶安全愈来愈受到重视,而轮胎压力异常是危及汽车行驶安全的重要因素之一。因此,实时监测汽车轮胎压力有着重要的意义。本文以此为背景,设计了直接式汽车轮胎压力监测系统。系统采用压力传感器检测轮胎压力,并通过无线数据传输方式将压力信息传输至监视终端,实现了实时监测汽车轮胎压力的功能,对汽车行驶安全起到了重要的作用。论文在需求分析的基础上提出了总体设计方案,并进行软硬件设计。系统硬件由中央接收处理模块和胎压测量发射模块两部分组成。中央接收处理模块以ARM7微控制器LPC2103为核心,外扩无线接收电路,LCD显示屏和RS-232通信接口;胎压测量发射模块由MPXY8300传感器及PCB天线构成。软件设计了串口驱动、SPI驱动、定时器驱动和LCD驱动,实现了无线数据发送和数据接收的功能。在完成软、硬件设计的基础上,分别对微控制器模块、串口模块、显示模块和无线收发模块调试后,进行系统调试。结果表明系统运行正常,实现了预定设计目标。

【Abstract】 With the popularization of cars, more attention is paid on motor cars’security. The abnormal tire pressure is a main threaten of vehicle driving safety. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of tire pressure has a significant meaning.Based on the fact, a direct tire pressure monitoring system was designed. The tire pressure was measured by sensors, and transported to monitoring terminal through the wireless data transmission. The system performs a real-time monitoring of tire pressure and plays an important role in car safety.Software and hardware design was proposed after the demand analysis. The hardware was composed of central receiving module and tire pressure measurement transmitting module. ARM7 LPC2103 microcontroller existed as the core of this central receiving and processing module. In addition, this module had an expansion of wireless receiver circuit, LCD display and RS-232 communication interface. The tire pressure measuring transmitter module was constituted of MPXY8300 sensor and PCB antennas. The software had function blocks as UART driver, SPI driver, timer driver, LCD driver, wireless data transmission and data reception.On completion of software and hardware design, the microprocessor module, wireless transceiver modules, display modules and serial modules were debugged. The results showed that the system worked well and achieved the intended goals.
