【摘要】 民生问题不仅仅是一个关系执政党执政地位能否稳固的政治问题,关系社会稳定和谐的社会问题,更是一个关系广大人民群众生存和发展的问题。邓小平的民生思想是在科学把握中国国情的基础上,围绕当时的民生问题而提出的一系列理论观点的总和。它是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,也是马克思主义民生思想在新的历史条件下的继承与发展。在解决当时中国各种民生问题的具体实践中,它发挥了极大的、积极有效的指导作用。系统探析邓小平的民生思想,可以为马克思主义民生思想研究的拓展提供素材,可以为现阶段所面临的民生问题的把握和正确处理,以及社会主义和谐社会建设的顺利推进提供一定的思路和方法,从而具有重要的现实意义。本文从揭示邓小平民生思想的内涵入手,围绕其形成的理论来源、现实条件、主要内容等展开探析,力图在已有研究成果的基础之上,止确、全面地把握邓小平民生思想,并得出重要启示,以为促进现阶段我国所面临的民生问题的顺利解决提供一定的借鉴。全文由四个部分组成：第一部分：邓小平民生思想的内涵及研究的意义。包括两个方面的内容,首先主要论述民生、民生思想及邓小平民生思想的内涵。其次主要从理论和实践两个方面揭示研究邓小平民生思想的意义。此部分内容既是本文的奠基,也是研究的切入点。第二部分：邓小平民生思想的形成基础。这一部分从邓小平民生思想形成的理论来源和现实条件两个视角着手研究其形成的基础。其理论来源包括马克思主义民生思想、毛泽东的民生思想以及传统民生思想中的有益成果；现实条件包括对我国国内发展环境的正确判断、对我国社会发展阶段的科学界定以及对我国当时民生问题的准确把握。此部分内容是本文研究的铺垫。第三部分：邓小平民生思想的主要内容。包括两个方面的内容,首先从实现社会主义社会生产目的的必然要求,体现社会主义优越性的必然要求和维护中国共产党执政地位的必然要求揭示高度重视民生的重要地位。其次从改善民生的主要任务、改善民生的战略安排、改善民生的主体诉求和改善民生的主要途径等四个方面揭示着力改善民生的具体要求。此部分内容是本文研究的重点。第四部分：邓小平民生思想的重要启示。这一部分主要从民生问题是社会主义的核心价值取向；民生问题的解决依赖于经济社会各方面的协调发展：民生问题的解决有助于党执政地位的巩固等三个方面得出邓小平民生思想研究的重要启示。此部分内容是本文研究的落脚点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of people’s livelihood is not only a problem of politics, which related to the stability of the Ruling Party’s position. It is also a problem of society which related to the social stability and harmony, especially a problem of people’s survive and development. The thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping is a series of theoretical viewpoints which encircled the problem of people’s livelihood at that time, based on his scientific grasp of Chinese national conditions. It is the inheritance and development to the thought of people’s livelihood of Marxism, and an important component of his theory. It had played a great positive and effective function during the process of the improvement to people’s livelihood. A systematical analyze to it. is beneficial to expand the study of Marxism people’s livelihood thought, grasp and correctly handle the problem of people’s livelihood at present time, and promote the construction of harmonious society.With the purpose of exactly and systematically comprehension of the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping and reveal its important enlightenment, this article is started from the reveal of its connotation, encircled its theoretical foundation, realistic conditions, the main contents, and so on. It is divided into four sections:First section:The connotation and research significance of the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping. This section is the origin and breakthrough point of the research of this article. It included two parts. The first part mainly treated the connotation of people’s livelihood, the thought of people’s livelihood and the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping. The second part mainly treated its theoretical and practical research significance.Second section:The formation basis of the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping. This section is the foreshadowing of the research of this article. It treated its theoretical origins and realistic conditions. Its theoretical origins include the thought of people’s livelihood of Marxism, the thought of people’s livelihood of Mao Zedong, the beneficial achievements of the traditional thought of people’s livelihood. Its realistic conditions include the correct judgment to the domestic developing environment, the developing stage, and the problem of people’s livelihood at that time.Third section:The main contents of the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping. This section is the focal point of this article. It included two parts. The first part mainly treated the important position of attention to people’s livelihood, include the inevitable requirement of the realization of Socialism production purpose, the inevitable requirement of the embodiment of Socialism superiority, and the inevitable requirement of the stability of the Chinese Communist Party’s ruling position. The second part mainly treated its specific requirements of the solution to the problem of people’s livelihood, include the main missions of the improvement to people’s livelihood, the strategic arrangement of the improvement to people’s livelihood, the subjects of the improvement to people’s livelihood, and the main approaches of the improvement to people’s livelihood.Fourth section:The important enlightenment of the thought of people’s livelihood of Deng Xiaoping. This section is the foothold of this article. It revealed the important enlightenment from three aspects:the problem of people’s livelihood is the core value orientation of Socialism, the solution to the problem of people’s livelihood depends on the coordinative development of economy and society, the solution to the problem of people’s livelihood is beneficial to the stability of the Chinese Communist Party’s ruling position.更多还原
