科学发展观视阈下高校人才培养研究

【摘要】 科学发展观的提出和深入贯彻落实,为我国高等教育改革和发展提供了新思路,也为高校人才培养提出了新要求。将高校人才培养纳入到科学发展观视闽中,就是要以科学发展观为指导,把科学发展观的要求转化为高校科学发展的正确思路,进一步提升高校人才培养质量,使高校所培养的人才能迅速适应经济社会发展的新形势,适应国家对人才培养的新要求,适应人民群众的新期待。因此,在高校深入学习实践科学发展观活动之际,分析我国高校人才培养存在的问题及其产生的原因,探讨科学发展观指导下高校人才培养的对策,就具有十分重要的意义。着眼于此,本文以科学发展观为切入点,以高校人才培养为对象进行了探索性研究。第一部分,科学发展观与高校人才培养的相关概述。在对科学发展观和高校人才培养的内涵、特征概述的基础上,分析了科学发展观与高校人才培养的内在关联,科学发展观为高校人才培养指明方向,高校人才培养是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要体现。第二部分,科学发展观对高校人才培养提出的新要求。高校要坚持以人为本,坚持全面协调可持续发展,做到统筹兼顾,才能促进人才培养的科学发展。第三部分,当前我国高校人才培养存在的主要问题及原因。从人才培养模式定位、人才培养结构、人才培养质量、人才培养规模效益和人才培养机制等方面存在的问题出发,分析了产生这些问题的深层原因。第四部分,以科学发展观为指导,提升高校人才培养质量的对策思考。人才培养是一项系统工程,我们必须以科学发展观为指导,把科学发展观的要求内化为提升高校人才培养质量的正确思路,创新教育理念,深化教育教学改革,构建人才培养长效机制,实现高校人才培养的科学发展。

【Abstract】 Scientific development concept’s statement with implements and realizes thoroughly, and developed for the Chinese higher education reform has provided the new mentality, also set the new request for the university personnel training. Integrates the university personnel training to the scientific development concept apparent threshold, is must take the scientific development concept as the instruction, transforms the scientific development concept’s request as the university scientific progress correct mentality, further promotes the university personnel training quality, causes the human who the university raises to be able to adapt the new situation which rapidly the economic society develops, the adaptation country to the personnel training new request, adapts people’s new anticipation. Therefore, when university thorough study practice scientific development concept activity, analyzes reason which our country University personnel training existence the question and produces, under discussion scientific development concept instruction university personnel training countermeasure, has the very vital significance. Focuses in this, this article take the scientific development concept as a breakthrough point, has conducted the exploring research take the university personnel training as the object.The first part, scientific development concept and university personnel training related outline. To the scientific development concept and the university personnel training’s connotation, in the characteristic outline, has analyzed the scientific development concept and the university personnel training intrinsic connection, the scientific development concept indicates the direction for the university personnel training, the university personnel training is implements and realizes the scientific development concept important manifestation.The second part,the scientific development concept the new request which proposed to the university personnel training. The university must insist humanist, insisted that is comprehensively coordinated the sustainable development, achieves has unified planning, can promote the personnel training scientific progress.The third part, current our country University personnel training existence subject matter and reason. The question which from personnel training aspects and so on pattern localization, personnel training structure, personnel training quality, personnel training scale benefit and personnel training mechanism exist embarked, analyzes has had these question in-depth reason.The fourth part, take the scientific development concept as the instruction, the promotion university personnel training quality countermeasure ponder. The personnel training is a systems engineering, we must take the scientific development concept as the instructions, internalizes the scientific development concept’s request for the promotion university personnel training quality correct mentality, the innovation education idea, the deepened education educational reform, constructs the personnel training persistent effect mechanism, realizes the university personnel training scientific progress.
