山西省长治市城市高中生参与课余体育活动的现状调查与研究

【摘要】 当今时代,科技迅猛发展、知识日新月异,为教育的发展提供了条件和可能,同时也对教育提出了新的要求。素质教育符合当今社会的现代化对人的要求,符合世界教育改革的基本潮流,有助于贯彻全面教育的方针,深化我国教育的目的。高中教育是基础教育的一个重要阶段,对人的知识和能力的形成具有重要的作用。2004年全国普通高中新课程实验率先在广东、山东等省启动。根据教育部安排,2008年秋季包括山西省在内的五个省区将全部进行普通高中新课程实验改革。与此同时,长治市所有普通高中都将进入新课程实验,进入方式为“一次进入、整体实施”。此次普通高中新课程实验改革是全面推进素质教育的必然要求。要全面实施素质教育,从根本上说应该促进我国基础教育从传统的基于工业化社会的教育向信息化社会的新教育转向,在强调科学文化知识传授的同时,树立以人为本的理念,加强人文教育和个性化教育,促进学生的身心和谐发展,全面提高学生的综合素质。在素质教育中,体育占有重要的位置,体育是素质教育的重要内容。现代体育科学研究证明:通过体育不仅可以强身健体,还有益德、启智、促美等方面的功能。学校体育是素质教育的重要内容与手段,而课余体育作为学校体育的一个重要的组成部分,也成为素质教育的重要内容和重要手段。在这样的前提和背景下,对长治市高中生参与课余体育活动的现状进行调查和了解是非常具有现实意义的。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等一系列研究方法,通过对长治市城市高中生发放问卷进行调查。收集资料历时3个月,获得了大量的一手资料,笔者将这些资料进行了分类、统计整理。本研究主要从以下各方面对长治市高中生参与课余体育活动现状进行研究:参与课余体育活动的频度;每次参加课余体育活动的持续时间;参与课余体育活动的时间安排;参与课余体育活动的主要场所;参与课余体育活动项目的选择;参与课余体育活动的进行方式;每次参加课余体育的运动强度;是否喜欢体育运动的调查;感兴趣体育运动项目的选择;对体育锻炼功能的认知;在课余时间的主要安排;参与课余体育活动的动机;家庭对其参与课余体育活动的影响;社会环境对其参与课余体育活动的影响;学校对其参与课余体育活动的影响;体育课中学到的知识对高中生参加课余体育活动的帮助程度;学生对学校课余体育活动的组织管理的满意程度;体育场地、设施对其参与体育活动的影响;余暇时间对其参加课余体育活动的影响;个人体育基础及性格差异对其参与体育活动的影响。最后得出了结论和提出了建议:加强对学校各级领导的思想教育,提高他们对体育工作的认识,树立全面发展的教育观和适应未来社会需要的人才观;活跃校园体育气氛,鼓励学生关心体育,营造学校校园的运动氛围,形成祟尚运动的学校体育文化,提高高中生的体育价值观念和锻炼意识,保证学生每天参与课余体育活动的时间;学校体育工作应注重高中生运动能力的提高和体育意识的培养,做好高中生参与课余体育活动的组织工作,完善学校课余体育活动的组织管理制度,组建各种体育兴趣小组;体育教师要改变课程观念,加强课余体育活动设计;根据实际情况,多方筹集资金,加大学校体育场地设施的建设力度,尤其是多购置学生喜爱的体育器材,最大限度的满足学生参加课余体育活动的需求。

【Abstract】 In modern times, the rapid development in science & technology and rapidly changing knowledge have provided condition and possibility for the development of education and also raised new requirement to education. Quality education is in line with the modernization of modern society to the person’s requirement and the basic trend of the education reform in today’s world, contributing to carrying out all-round educational guideline and deepening the purpose of our education. Secondary education is an important stage of elementary education and plays an important role in formation of people’s knowledge and competence. In 2004, Guangdong, Shangdong and other provinces were the first to start the national high school new curriculum experiment. According to the arrangement of the Ministry of Education, five provinces, including Shanxi, would fully carry out the new curriculum reform within senior high schools in the autumn of 2008. At the same time, all the ordinary senior high schools would step into the new curriculum experiment and the way is "entered once and overall implemented". This experiment of the new curriculum reform within China’s senior high schools is an inexorable requirement in advancing the quality education. The full implementation of the quality education basically should promote the process of changing from the elementary education of the industrial society to a new educational orientation of the information society. When emphasizing the teaching of scientific cultural knowledge, we should also cultivate the people oriented idea, enhance humanity education and individualistic education, and promote the development of student’s body and mind to fully improve students’ comprehensive qualities. Physical education is the key contents of quality education and plays an important position in quality education. In the research of modern sports sciences, by taking the exercises, we can not only build up our body but also benefit our morality formation, develop the intelligence and promote aesthetic education. School sports education as well as spare-time sport becomes an important content and means of quality education, because spare-time sport is an important part of school sports education. Under such background, it has more realistic significance to investigate the high school students taking part in the spare-time sports activities of Changzhi city.With the research methods of literatures review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method, this paper makes a research by distributing questionnaires to the high school students of Changzhi city. It takes three months to collect materials that are all plentiful primary date. Classification and statistical processing of data are all made by the author. This study makes the research of the current situation of the city high school students participating the spare-time sports activities in Changzhi city on the following aspects:the frequency of participation in spare-time sports activities; the duration of each time of participation in spare-time sports activities; the main site of participation in spare-time sports activities; the selection of programme of participation in spare-time sports activities; the way of exercises of participation in spare-time sports activities; the exercise intensity of participation in spare-time sports activities; the investigation of whether you like sport or not; selection of the interesting sports programme; perceptions of exercise; the main arrangement in spare-time; the motivation to participate in the spare-time sports activities; The impact of the family on their participation in spare-time sports activities; the impact of the social environment on their participation in spare-time sports activities; the impact of the school on their participation in spare-time sports activities; helpness of the knowledge learned in exercise class to the high school students participating in spare-time sports activities; satisfaction of the students to the organization of school spare-time sports activities; the impact of the sports site and facility on their participation in spare-time sports activities; the impact of the spare-time on their participation in spare-time sports activities; the impact of the basis of individual physical and the diversity of characters on their participation in spare-time sports activities.Finally, it comes to some important conclusions and offers several pieces of suggestions:departments at all levels in charge of education and school principalship should strengthen ideological education, set up an education concept of all-round development and establish a intellect concept of training people who meet future needs of society; activating the school sports atmosphere, encouraging students to care sports and create the atmosphere of the school sports to form a school sports culture of athleticism, in order to improve the high students’ sports value conception and awareness of training to ensure enough time the students taking exercise every day; the school sports work should focus on the improvement of the high students’motor ability and nutrition of their sports awareness, do good organization work of students participating in the spare-time sports activities, develop a sound management system of spare-time sports activities and form all kinds of interest group; physical education teacher must change his curriculum concept and reinforce the design of spare-time sports activities; according to the actual situations, we should raise funds from various channels and increase the construction of the playgrounds and facilities for physical education in the schools, especially purchasing more sports equipment that students like, to satisfy the needs of students participating the spare-time sports activities to the maximum extent.
