山地城市交通与土地利用互动关系研究

【摘要】 城市交通系统与土地利用的互动关系一直都是城市地理学家、城市交通规划师和城市规划师研究的一个热点课题。近年,随着经济的不断发展,我国尤其是东部沿海相对发达地区城市化和机动化过程不断加快,城市交通问题也日益突现,城市交通系统与土地利用互动关系研究逐渐得到重视。许多专家、学者对已经出现在东部地区城市的问题进行了细致的调查和探索,并且分别从定性和定量两个方面对城市交通与土地利用之间的关系进行了深入的研究。但是,随着我国西部大开发战略的不断开展,越来越多的西部城市在取得经济不断进步的同时,也逐渐出现了类似于东部地区的城市发展问题。然而,由于中西部城市大多分布于我国地势的一、二级阶梯上,很多城市的基础地貌以山地为主,因此在许多西部地区城市出现的问题又具有了不同于东部地区城市的特征。所以,在这样的情况下,对山地城市的交通系统和土地利用之间的关系进行深入的研究,就如何处理好中西部地区山地城市出现的问题显得尤为重要。本文以山地城市中的典型代表—重庆为例,对重庆市主城区的城市交通系统与土地利用进行了深入的研究。首先,对主城区交通系统与土地利用的动态变化进行了分析,得出了城市交通系统在不断地发展中逐渐完善以及土地利用上出现的高密度开发的特征。随后,对两者的相互关系进行了分别阐述,一方面城市交通方式的革新促进了城市规模的扩张,城市交通系统的发展对于城市空间格局的变化具有明显的促进作用,此外还指出了城市交通对工业、商业、居住用地等产生了重大影响。另一方面,城市的规模、空间格局、总体规划以及城市的高密度建设都深刻影响着城市交通系统的发展。最后,针对重庆主城区城市交通系统与土地利用之间出现的问题,包括城市空间格局与交通方式结构的矛盾、城市空间形态与滞后的道路网络的矛盾以及交通用地偏少与高密度交通之间的矛盾,提出了构建以“BRT+轻轨”型TOD土地开发模式来解决重庆主城区城市问题的战略。

【Abstract】 The interaction between urban traffic system and land utilization has always been a hot research topic of urban geographers, urban planners and urban transport planners. In recent years, owing to development of economy day by day, the process of urbanization and mechanization accelerate continuously in China, especially more developed eastern coastal areas, the urban traffic problems are arising everyday, and more people pay attention to the interaction between urban traffic system and land utilization. Many experts and scholars have surveyed and explored details of above-mentioned problems and researched the interaction between urban traffic system and land utilization deeply in the quantitative and qualitative aspects. However, along with constant launching of China’s western development strategy, similar problems of eastern areas emerge gradually in more and more western cities at the same time of the economy process. Though most of the Middle Western cities located in the first and second relief stages, are mainly on mountain highlands, the problems here have their own features, different from ones in eastern areas. Under such conditions, It appears very important to handle the highlands urban cities problems by deep study of the interaction between urban traffic system and land utilization.This paper takes the typical mountain city-Chongqing as sample to deeply study the urban traffic system and land utilization in main urban area of Chongqing. Firstly, analyze the dynamic changes between main urban area traffic system and land utilization, find out the more and more completeness of urban traffic system during constant development and the features of high density exploiture of land utilization. Then, represent the interaction between these two aspects respectively, on the one hand, the innovation of urban traffic modes accelerates the urban area extension, the development of urban traffic system plays a big role in the change of urban spatial relationship and land utilization in industry, business and resident etc. On the other hand, urban area scale, spatial relationship, overall plan and high density construction all affect the urban transport systems profoundly.Finally, based on the above problems and the contradictories between urban spatial relationship and traffic modes, between urban spatial pattern and backward road net, between less traffic land use and high density traffic, the paper proposes the strategy by using the "BRT+Light Rail" type TOD land exploitation mode to solve the urban problems in main urban area of Chongqing.
