高校思想政治教育说服教育的现状及对策研究

【摘要】 高校思想政治教育说服教育是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的具体表现形式,对于大学生健康成长具有重要的导向、保证作用。当前,高校思想政治教育说服教育取得了很好的成绩,但也存在一定的问题。本文分三部分对高校思想政治教育说服教育的现状及对策研究进行探讨。第一部分,探讨了高校思想政治教育说服教育的含义、构成要素和研究价值。高校思想政治教育说服教育是指在不施加压力的情境下,高校思想政治教育说服教育者按照社会的思想政治品德要求以及高校的具体要求,通过科学理论和充分有力的道理的讲授去影响大学生的思想、行为,并使之心服的教育实践活动。高校思想政治教育说服教育的构成要素有说服教育者、说服教育对象、说服教育内容、说服教育方法和说服教育环境。研究高校思想政治教育说服教育不仅完善了高校思想政治教育说服教育理论,丰富了思想政治教育学理论,而且还能够指导高校思想政治教育说服教育活动的开展,提升高校思想政治教育有效性。第二部分,分析了高校思想政治教育说服教育的现状。分析高校思想政治教育说服教育的现状,是增强高校思想政治教育说服教育效果的对策的前提。该部分分析了高校思想政治教育说服教育取得的成绩和存在的问题,并针对存在的问题进行了原因分析,为下文提出增强高校思想政治教育说服教育效果的对策做好铺垫。第三部分,探讨了增强高校思想政治教育说服教育效果的对策。增强高校思想政治教育说服教育效果,首先要推进高校思想政治教育说服教育的创新。其次是充分发挥高校思想政治教育说服教育对象的主观能动性。再次是提高高校思想政治教育说服教育者的综合素质。最后是优化高校思想政治教育说服教育的环境和加强高校思想政治教育说服教育的理论研究。

【Abstract】 Persuasion education of ideological and political education of colleges is a specific expression of enhancing and improving university students’ideological and political education, and has important functions in orientating and ensuring university students growing healthily. At present, although persuasion education of ideological and political education of colleges has made great achievements, there still exist some problems. This thesis is divided into three parts to investigate the present situation and countermeasures of persuasion education.The first part covers persuasion education’s definition, components and worthiness of researching. Persuasion education is a kind of educational practice activity, that is, according to the requirements of social ideological and political morality and typical requests of universities, under the situation without any pressure, persuasion educators try to influence university students’thinking, behavior and convince them through scientific theories and forceful principles. Persuasion education consists of persuasion educators, objects, contents, methods and environment of persuasion education. Investigating persuasion education of ideological and political education of colleges not only perfects the persuasion education theories, enriches ideological and political education system, but also is able to supervise universities to develop persuasion education activities, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of universities.The present situation of persuasion education of ideological and political education of colleges has been discussed in the second part. Analyzing the status quo of persuasion education is the prerequisite of strengthening the validity of persuasion education. This part studies the accomplishments and existing problems of persuasion education, and then probes into the causes of existing problems. This part sets a foundation for putting forwards the countermeasures of enhancing persuasion education effectiveness in next part.The third part studies the countermeasures of improving the effectiveness of persuasion education. In order to improve the effectiveness of persuasion education, firstly, innovation of persuasion education must be advanced; secondly, persuasion education objects’subjective initiative must be exerted fully; thirdly, persuasion educators’comprehensive quality must be improved; finally, persuasion education environment must be optimized and theoretical studies of persuasion education must be enhanced.
