中外合作办学院校教师工作满意度研究

【摘要】 国内外专家学者关于高校教师工作满意度基本理论和测评方法等方面的研究,已经取得一定的成果,而中外合作办学院校的教师工作满意度研究却很少。教师作为教学的主导,在教学过程中起着不可忽视的作用。因此关注教师的工作满意度能够有效地提高教学质量,本文以河北科技师范学院欧美学院为个案就影响教师工作满意度的因素和现状进行探索性研究。本文通过对相关文献与理论的搜集和整理,问卷调查及统计分析调查的结果数据,希望达到以下研究目的:(1)分析影响河北科技师范学院欧美学院教师工作满意度的各种因素;(2)通过问卷调查和数据统计,分析出学院教师工作满意度的现状情况;(3)根据研究结论提出具体建议,为中外合作办学院校的教学管理工作提供参考。本文首先阐述了研究中外合作办学院校教师工作满意度的意义,提出本文的论题和研究思路。其次介绍了员工满意度及其测量方法,以之为本文研究的理论基础。再次设计了两份调查问卷,分别计算各类教师的满意度得分;根据得分情况,分析统计结果产生的原因。在本文的最后,结合学院实际情况,从以人为本、满足教师需求、引进先进的管理经验、教师培训、年轻教师培养等方面提出了对中外合作办学院校教师管理的具体建议。

【Abstract】 The study on the basic theory and evaluation method in the working satisfaction degree to the colleges’teachers has been improved a lot by the scholars in our country and abroad. But the study on teaching satisfaction degree of schools by Chinese-foreign cooperation is rare. As the leading factor, teacher takes an important part on the teaching process. So paying close attention to teaching satisfaction degree can improve the quality of teaching effectively. This thesis carries out an elementary study on the influencing factors of teaching satisfaction degree and current situation with E&A college of Hebei normal university of science & technology as a modal.By collecting and arranging relevance document and theory, inquiring into questionnaires and analysising the result data, the thesis wants to reach next study purpose:(1) The influencing factors of teaching satisfaction degree of E&A college of Hebei normal university of science & technology are finded;(2) By inquiring into questionnaires and analysising the result data, the current situation of teaching satisfaction degree of E&A college is analysed;(3)With the conclusion, suggestions to the teaching management of schools by Chinese-foreign cooperation are proposed.Firstly, this thesis points out the significance of the study, then introduces some knowledge about the measuring method of employee degree of satisfaction to be the basis of the thesis. The author also designs two questionnaires and calculates the score of satisfaction degree of different teachers. According to the score, the author analyzes the reason of the result. In the last part of the thesis, with reality of the college, the author puts forward some suggestions to the teacher management of schools by Chinese-foreign cooperation from the aspects of people-oriented, satisfying the demand of teachers, introducing to advanced experience of management, teacher training, young teacher cultivation etc.
