天津市环境空气质量自动监测系统设计

【摘要】 随着工业的快速发展,环境问题日趋严重,对环境保护意识也日益提高。在人类生存环境日益恶化的今天,建立完整高效的环境监测体系显得非常重要。天津市环境空气质量自动监测系统自20世纪90年代建立以来,获取了大量的、连续的、完整的监测数据,客观反映了天津市建成区域环境空气质量整体状况,为决策部门提供了准确的、有重要意义的基础信息。但原有的环境空气质量自动监测系统经过长年运转,出现了精度降低、设备老化严重等现象,而且原环境空气质量自动监测系统也存在着监测项目偏少、监测数据传输方式不能满足当前需要等缺陷。随着科技的进步,新的监测方法和监测仪器的不断出现,对天津市原有的环境空气质量自动监测系统进行重新设计和更新改造很有必要。本论文介绍了环境空气质量自动监测系统的设计方案和建设内容,并主要针对环境空气质量自动监测系统中的数据传输系统进行了设计和建设。提出了对天津市环境空气质量自动监测系统数据传输建设方案:利用GPRS网络进行数据传输,利用GIS电子地图中显示相关信息,并利用CDMA 1x进行了无线视频监控试验,达到了预期目的。该方案融计算机、通讯、电子、控制等先进可靠技术于一身,并且具有良好的可扩充性,覆盖面广、数据处理能力强,为环境自动监测系统提供了比较完善的数据传输解决方案。
【Abstract】 With the industry developing rapidly, environmental problem becomes more and more serious. Today, the survival environment of mankind has been more and more deteriorative, how to establish a complete and efficient automatic environment monitoring system is a very important problem.The automatic ambient air monitoring system in Tianjin had been established in 1990s. Now the automatic ambient air monitoring system has obtained a large amount of continuous data which reflect the air quality of Tianjin City objectively. The automatic ambient air monitoring system also has provided much accurate and important information to the government. But after years of operation, the original automatic ambient air monitoring system has appeared some troubles such as lower accuracy, aging equipment and so on. Also the original automatic ambient air monitoring system has some defects such as few monitoring project, and data transmission methods can not meet the current need and so on. With the technology developing and new monitoring equipment appearing continually, to upgrade and redesign the automatic ambient air monitoring system is necessary in Tianjin.In this paper, the design method of the automatic ambient air monitoring system is introduced. The method for designing and reforming the data transmitting system of the automatic ambient air monitoring system in Tianjin is presented mainly. The method includes transmitting data with GPRS network, displaying information with GIS, conducting test of wireless video monitoring with CDMA1x. The expected results are achieved. This method integrates computer, communication, electronics and other advanced technology, and it can be extended and enlarged the using scope, and the capability of data processing is strong. This method provides a perfect way for data transmission of automatic ambient air monitoring system.
