【摘要】 催化重整在炼油及石油化工工业中起着十分重要的作用,催化重整工艺以石脑油馏分为原料,在一定的操作条件和催化剂的作用下,生产高辛烷值汽油和石油化工最基本的原料—芳烃。华北石化公司为提高产品质量,增加企业竞争力,计划新增催化重整工艺装置一套。本文通过对国内催化重整工艺技术的调研和国外技术有关资料的分析,对国内外催化重整生产工艺技术进行了全面对比分析。运用技术经济学、工程项目管理、管理学、财务管理等现代管理理论和方法,按照宏观与微观分析相结合,定量分析与定性分析相结合,财务评价与国民经济评价相结合的原则,论述了国内外催化重整工艺在技术方面各自的优势和存在的不足,在综合分析基础上对项目经济性给出了明确的结论。从企业发展战略的高度分析和评价催化重整项目的可行性。对催化重整项目进行的工艺技术比选和技术经济评价成果,为华北石化催化重整项目决策提供依据。同时,也为国家其它大型化工项目的技术经济评价提供一种可借鉴的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Catalytic Reforming plays a very important role in oil refining and petrochemical industries. Naphtha cut is supplied to the catalytic reforming unit, with the action of catalyst and certain operating conditions, high octane gasoline and most fundamental stock of petrochemical - aromatic hydrocarbon are produced. In order to improve production quality and increase competitiveness of the enterprise, Huabei Petrochemical Company plans to increase another set of catalytic reforming unit.In the paper, catalytic reforming production technique of both here and abroad is analysed thoroughly and comparatively based on the investigation and research of the domestic catalytic reforming technology and analysis of the overseas relative information. With the help of modern management theory and method such as engineering economics, project management, management science and financial management etc., according to the principles such as combining macroscope analysis with microscopic analysis, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and combining financial evaluation with national economic evaluation, catalytic reforming process of both here and abroad is discussed as for their respective advantages and shortages in technique, and economical efficiency of the project is summarized definitely on the basis of the comprehensive analysis. The feasibility of the catalytic reforming project is analysed and evaluated from the aspect of the enterprise development in the paper. Process technique comparison and techno-economic evaluation result of the catalytic reforming project provides the basis for the decision-making of the catalytic reforming project in Huabei Petrochemical Company. At the same time, it also provides a referential method for the technical and economic evaluation of the other domestic large-scale chemical projects.更多还原
