摩托车灯具色度特性检测技术与系统研究

【摘要】 摩托车灯具的色度特性涉及他人对于车辆状态的正确判断,关乎驾驶员自身及行人的人身安全,是评价产品质量的重要技术指标,属于国家强制认证试验项目。课题分析了摩托车灯具检测标准,选用符合摩托车灯具国家及国外主要地区测试标准要求的检测手段,采用CCD图像传感器和计算机控制技术,结合现代光学、电子、机械及计算机技术,控制并获取摩托车灯具不同方位角上发光的全光谱图像,取得色度数据。通过对灯具多角度发光光色的自动测量,系统能够综合分析灯具各方向光色测试结果。经过试验验证,课题设计的摩托车灯具色度特性测试系统色品坐标测量误差不大于0.003,达到了预期设计目标。在国内技术领域进行科技查新,未发现有与本课题技术特征完全相同的专利及非专利文献报道,具有一定的创新性。论文对上述课题进行了总结,包括国内外光源色度特性检测动态说明,我国及世界主要地区摩托车灯具色度特性测试标准要求,光源色度测试技术及原理,系统设计方案,数据分析及结果表述,最后进行系统误差分析,并提出改进的方向。

【Abstract】 It is an important technical index for products quality evaluation of Chromaticity Characteristics on Motorcycle Lamps which involves both the correct judgment to the motorcycle condition and the safety of the drivers and passerby. Chromaticity Characteristics of Motorcycle Lamps is also a national compulsory test item.This subject made an analysis on Motorcycle Lamps test standards from both national and chief foreign countries. It adopts CCD image sensor and computer control techniques combined with modern optics、electronics and mechanism. By controlling and obtaining the lighting full-spectrum images from different angles of motorcycle lamps, the chromaticity data is obtained. After a comprehensive analysis on multi-angle test results for lamp colours, the automatic measurement on the lighting colours of motorcycle lamps is achieved. By test verification, the Chromaticity Coordinates measure error and repeatability error of the designed chromaticity characteristics test system for motorcycle lamps is limited in 0.003, which has achieved the anticipated design objective. After a Scien-Tech Retrieval in the national technical field, there is no identical Rights or non-patented document reports found, so this subject has made certain innovation contribution in the field.This paper made a general summary to the above subject, including an explanation on light source Chromaticity Characteristics testing development both in and abroad, motorcycle lamp Chromaticity Characteristics test standards both national and in chief foreign countries, system design draft, test data analysis and result description, and finally a system error analysis is made, the improvement is suggested.
