【摘要】 如今,随着新信息和通讯技术的发展,管理者感受到来自经济发展的巨大压力。客户,消费者以及居民更加关注产品或者特定服务的质量。目前,大量的可用数据在许多应用领域转化为有用的信息,从理论和实践方面激励了统计学的发展。统计分析在现代管理技术中起着十分重要的作用。在企业的考核中,可以根据企业的生产经营情况把企业分为优秀企业和一般企业。管理者开始关注并清楚和彻底地看到企业未来潜在的机遇,根据公司的优势和不足了解公司所处的位置。统计方法可以帮助企业来理解更好做出决定,以及让我们更好的理解那些决定是如何影响企业的。本文首先分析统计学在经济分析和决策中所起到的使用,然后,分析了检验与评价,回归分析以及时间序列技术方法,并结合企业实际,研究上述技术在管理决策,服务质量管理方面应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the revolution of the new technologies of information and communication the management knows a strong pressure of the evolution economic. The customers or the citizens often want information concerning the quality of products, goods or given service. Currently the need to turn the large amounts of data available in many applied fields into useful information has stimulated both theoretical and practical developments in statistics. The statistical analysis plays an important role in the technique of the contemporary management. All managers should take a preliminary look at possible future opportunities and see them clearly and completely, know where their companies positions (its strengths and weaknesses) are. Knowledge of statistical methods will help us understand how decisions will be made and give us a better understanding of how they affect us.This paper starts by an Introduction based on the definition and role that plays the statistics in our economy analysis or company and in our decision making; and the Procedure of statistical analysis follows it. The chapter 3 and 4, respectively, focus the Management analysis; and testing and Evaluation that oriented activities of companies.The chapter 5 is based on the Regression analysis that identifies the relationship between two or more quantitative variables. The chapter 6 focuses on time series and forecasting techniques. Forecasting techniques develop techniques such as moving averages and exponential smoothing, which allow them to detect changes in an underlying process by giving more weight to recent data and lesser weight to more remote data。The chapter 7 presents service quality that occupies increasingly an important place in the economy. Making decisions is certainly the most important task for a manager and it is also a complex task. The chapter 8 shows you how decision analysis support decision makers in all areas.更多还原
