CS板式结构体系整体性及倒塌性研究

【摘要】 CS板式住宅结构体系是针对我国墙体改革及住宅产业化要求而发展起来的,它在生产和使用过程中具有减轻墙体自重,提高对地震的防御能力,增强保温节能效果,简化施工方法的优点。本文对这种新型保温节能混凝土夹芯板式结构的整体性能及倒塌模式进行了初步的研究。天津大学2005级、2006级硕士研究生曾分别设计制作了具有不同边缘构件的1:2.8的新型CS板式房屋结构模型,并对其进行了水平低周反复荷载试验和动力试验,并从试验的角度上论证了该结构的抗震性能。本文在此基础上,进一步研究两种具有不同边缘构件的模型结构的整体性能;研究两种模型结构在弹塑性情况下的变形能力、耗能能力及各构件的协同工作能力等,分析结构的破坏机理,归纳总结出CS板式结构体系的倒塌模式,并找出薄弱部位,提出改进优化的措施,从而为实际设计应用提供理论依据;根据动力特性测试及低周反复荷载试验的结果,具体的分析出两种结构抗震能力的优劣,是否符合规范要求,以及适用于何种情况;运用ANSYS有限元软件,根据试验对象,创建合理的有限元模型,对其进行单调推覆分析及时程分析,并用ANSYS分析的结果校核上述试验分析结果,找出差距存在的原因。最后,总结CS板式结构体系的整体性能与抗震能力,并提出实际设计过程中应注意的内容,为下一步的研究和工程应用奠定基础。

【Abstract】 CS Panel Residential Structure is investigated and manufactured for the requirements of wall reformation and residential industrialization. During the manufacture and application of CS Panel Residential Structure, it has the advantage of reducing wall self-weight, increasing defense capability of earthquakes, reinforcing the effect of thermal insulation and energy saving and simplifying construction method. This text gives preliminary study of overall performance and the collapse mode of this new thermal insulation and energy saving Concrete sandwich panel structure.A three-story model of 1 /2.8 scale of CS panel structure building with different edge components has been designed and tested by the graduate students at 2005 and 2006 in tianjin university. they had proofed the seismic behavior of CS panel structure by experiment. Based on the experiment results, in this paper, we have further study on overall performance of two different models with different edge components. The deformability and the ability of energy dissipation of the two different models in the elastic-plastic case have been studied,The structure’s ductility and yielding mechanism have been also analyzed. Then we give classification and summary about the collapse model of CS panel structure and its cause. The study on the damage mechanism and weak parts of the structure and the statement of optimization measures to improve provide practical design applications with theoretical foundation. According to the results of Dynamic characteristics test and low cyclic reversed loading test, we make concrete analysis about the merits and demerits of aseismic capacity of the two different models, compliance with regulatory requirements and what circumstances they are applicable to. According to experimental subjects, we have set up rational modle by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Then we have given monotonic pushover analysis and time-history analysis and study of overall performance. The results of the analysis with ANSYS can be checked with above test results. The reasons of disparity have been found and analyzed.Finally, we have concluded overall performance of CS panel structure, put forward attention during the actual design process and laid the foundation for the next step of the research and engineering applications.
