CRC混凝土梁钢筋氯离子腐蚀及弯曲开裂性能研究

【摘要】 橡胶集料混凝土(CRC)是一种把橡胶微粒作为水泥混凝土的组成材料配制而成的新型混凝土。由于橡胶的加入,使其具有低弹模、大变形、高阻尼、能量耗散多、抗氯离子腐蚀及较好的抗裂性等优点。本文首次研究了在氯离子电加速腐蚀环境下,橡胶集料混凝土梁中钢筋的锈蚀情况。对0.45和0.55两种水灰比,0 kg/m3、50kg/m3、100 kg/m3、150 kg/m3四种掺量的橡胶集料混凝土梁中钢筋的锈蚀情况进行对比试验,测量了在3.5%NaCl溶液中5d和10d两个时间段中钢筋的电位值、电路中串联电阻的电压值、钢筋锈蚀失重率和混凝土梁腐蚀后的初始裂缝宽度。试验结果表明,随着在混凝土中掺入橡胶集料量的增加明显使混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀情况减轻。本文对比进行了经过氯离子腐蚀的混凝土梁和没有经过氯离子腐蚀的8组一共24根混凝土梁的四点受弯试验,测量并记录了梁的挠度、下表面的应变和加载过程中裂缝开展的情况。并引入参数k1和k2,k1定义为相同配比下,混凝土梁开裂荷载值与立方体抗压强度值的比值,k2定义为相同配比下,混凝土梁破坏荷载值与立方体抗压强度值的比值,以此定量研究掺入橡胶集料对混凝土梁开裂荷载和破坏荷载的改善情况。试验结果表明,掺入越多的橡胶集料对提高钢筋混凝土梁的抗裂性是越有帮助的,并会使其受弯后裂缝发展越慢。

【Abstract】 Crumb Rubber Concrete(CRC) is a new type of concrete mixed with rubber crumbs. As a result of the addition of rubber so that CRC shows the characteristics of low Young’s Modulus, large deformation, high energy dissipation, anti-chloride -corrosion and great crack resistance.This paper first study on the corrosion of reinforced in Crumb Rubber Concrete beams in the environment of chloride electric accelerated corrosion. The contrast test is done on the corrosion of reinforced in Crumb Rubber Concrete beams with 0.45 and 0.55 water-cement ratio and 0kg/m3, 50kg/m3, 100kg/m3, 150kg/m3 Rubber content. And the electric potential, voltage of series resistance, corrosion rate and initial crack width of concrete beams in 3.5% NaCl solution are measured in 5days and 10days two periods of time. The experimental results show that, with the content of rubber in concrete increased, the corrosion of reinforced concrete is significantly alleviated.In this paper, a contrastive four-point bending test is done on a total of 8 groups of 24 concrete beams which include the chloride-corrosion ones and the absence of chloride-corrosion ones. And the beam deflection, lower surface of the strain and the process of cracking with load carrying out are measured and recorded. The parameters k1 is introduced to define as the radio of the concrete cracking load values to the cube compressive strength in the same concrete radio. The parameters k2 is introduced to define as the radio of the concrete damaging load values to the cube compressive strength in the same concrete radio. This parameters can be used to make quantitative study on the improved situation of the concrete cracking load values and damaging load values with incorporation of rubber aggregate. The experimental results show that, the more incorporation of rubber aggregate is more helpful for reinforced concrete beams to the crack resistance and make the development of flexural cracks more slower.
