北京市全民健身服务业市场管理研究

【摘要】 全民健身服务业在我国是一项新兴产业,是体育产业的重要有机组成部分。是为满足广大人民群众日益增长的体育健身、健美、娱乐和休闲等方面的需求和消费而发展起来的面向大众的体育文化服务业。其特点是向社会广大成员提供各类体育服务,与此相对应的是体育物质产品的生产和经营。其基本内容主要包括体育、健身、健美、休闲和娱乐、体育运动技术、技能和体育知识的培训以及体育咨询等方面的体育服务,属第三产业。它与体育用品器材制造业、体育服装、装备制造业、体育休闲旅游业等行业有密切的关系。它具有经营性、大众性、永恒性等特征。2008年奥运会为整个中国提供了一次千载难逢的发展机遇。中国的体育事业因北京奥运会而得到了极大的促进,奥运会全面拉动了相关产业经济的发展,有力地促进了经济、社会的全面发展。奥运会以后中国体育将在成功举办奥运会的基础上,继往开来,继续不断发展。奥运效应是一个长期的影响,而且这种影响不会在奥运会后就立刻终止2008年奥运会极大的推动了北京全民健身的热潮,越来越多的城镇居民开始走进健身场所,从而带动健身行业市场的迅猛发展。许多市民正是在奥运会的影响下,体育观念开始转变,体育消费意识得到加强,市民的这些改变有助于我国体育产业的发展,目前我国居民体育消费支出正在增加,相信在北京奥运会的带动下国内体育消费将进入快速发展的阶段,而作为主体产业之一的健身服务业也将受到越来越多市民的关注,在面临快速发展的机遇时,如何对北京市全民健身服务业进行科学合理的管理也是目前急需解决的问题之一

【Abstract】 National Health Service in China is an emerging industry, which also is an important organic component of the sports industry. It is the sports and cultural services for the masses to satisfy people’s growing sports fitness, body building, entertainment, leisure needs, etc and consumption. Its characteristic is offering all kinds of sports service, which corresponds with the production and management of physical manufacture, for the general members of the community. Its basic contents include sports,fitness, body building, leisure entertainment, sports technology, skills, sports knowledge’s training and sports consulting services etc, which belong to the third industry. It has close relation with sports equipment manufacturing, sports apparel, equipment manufacturing, sports leisure and tourism industries etc. It has the features of operating, publicity, permanent and so on.The 2008 Olympic Games provides a golden opportunity for the whole Chinese development. Thanks to the Beijing Olympic Games, China’s sports receives a tremendous promotion. Meanwhile, Olympic Games fully stimulate the development of related industries, and effectively promote the overall development of the economy and society. After the Olympics, the Chinese sports will continue to develop in the future, based on the successful Olympic Games. Olympic effect is a long-term impact, which will not end immediately after the Olympics. The 2008 Olympic Games greatly promote the Beijing’s gymnastic. More and more urban residents begin to come to the gymnasium,therefore, drive the rapid development of health market. It is under the influence of the Olympic Games that many citizens begin to change their sports concept, and their sports consumer awareness has been strengthened., which helpful to the development of Chinese sports industry. Nowadays the consumption expenditure of our country’s residents is increasing. I believe, with the helpful of Beijing Olympic Game, the domestic consumption will enter a stage of rapid development. And the health service as one of the main industries, will attract more and more citizens’attention. In the face of the opportunity of the rapid development, how to manage the service industry in Beijing scientifically and reasonably is one of the problems, urgently needed to be solved in recent tears.
