基于Web Service的RFID信息网络系统的构建

【摘要】 基于RFID的自动识别数据采集系统,有着高容量、高速、多样化数据格式的特点。结合这些特点,在当前企业信息系统中集成RFID越来越受到青睐。RFID旨在将电子标签运用于物品管理和信息采集,利用射频识别实现信息的实时采集、交换、处理等功能。但由于在RFID信息网络系统管理的对象都是单品,所以信息量较大,它应该为不同操作系统上构造的数据库应用提供所有关键功能,如数据存储、优化查询、多选择项等。可以选择几个关键指标作为其基本数据库的存储,包括RFID编码、商品描述、质量信息等。在此基础上通过一个Web Service共享平台将不同信息联结为高效统一的网络,实现信息高度共享;从而提高运输、仓储、物料输送和生产调度的效率并大幅降低成本,解决企业内部之间、不同企业之间的信息交互,使RFID应用系统更加有效地运作。如今企业利用先进的计算机技术来实现效率的提高和成本的降低,通过产品管理系统、供应链信息系统、客户关系管理系统、生产执行系统等各种企业信息系统的应用,对原材料、产品、设备、货物和人员、业务信息进行集成。这些对象都需要独立唯一的编号,在现有的技术中,RFID作为一种新兴的自动识别技术,越来越多的被应用到商业领域中,并得到了很快的发展。Web Service技术也是近年来在信息领域备受关注的技术,它是面向体系结构、设计、实现与部署而采用的组件化的合理发展。Web Service和RFID目前是信息领域中最为活跃的两个研究和应用主题。将Web Services应用于RFID系统,尤其是用其实现RFID系统中间件中负责企业内部信息交互、企业间信息交互和企业与服务注册中心间的信息交互的功能,几乎已经成为人们的共识。因此RFID与Web Service的结合是明智的选择。在这样一个基于Web Service的RFID企业信息系统中,能满足我们企业信息集成的应用。另外,从技术实现来看,Web Service与RFID具有良好的兼容性。Web Service与RFID的集成成为本课题的研究主题,在这个框架中,物品能够彼此进行“交流”,而无需人的干预,其实质是利用RFID技术和Web Service技术非接触自动识别的特点,通过互联网实现物品信息的跟踪与共享,使得RFID与企业,与社会能够保持联系。创建一个信息系统平台简单,而结合RFID和Web Service进行开发还有待我们做更多的工作。本文主要结合我国自主开发的RFID公共服务体系讨论RFID与Web Service结合搭建企业信息系统模型,利用模拟的公共服务体系下的RFID信息网络对商品进行检索追踪以提高企业的效率。

【Abstract】 RFID-based automatic identification data collection system has a high capacity, high-speed, diversified data format characteristic. Combination of these characteristics, the integration of RFID in the current enterprise information systems is increasingly popular. The use of RFID is to applied electronic tags to goods management and information collection and to achieve real-time collection of information, exchange, processing and other functions. However, as the objects of the RFID information network system management objects are single-product, so a larger amount of information, it should provide all the key features for the database application in the different operating systems, such as data storage, query optimization, multi-select items and so on. We can choose a few key indicators as the basic database storage, including the RFID code, product description, the quality of information. On this basis, through a Web Service-sharing platform will be linked to efficient integration of different information networks, to achieve a high degree of sharing of information so as to enhance transportation, warehousing, material handling and production scheduling efficiency and significantly reducing costs, solving the enterprise, between different information exchange between different enterprises, so that RFID application system more effective manner.Today, enterprises use advanced computer technology to achieve efficiency and cost reduction through product management systems, supply chain information systems, customer relationship management systems, manufacturing execution systems and other enterprise information systems applications, for integrating raw materials, products, equipment, cargo personnel and business information. These objects require a separate unique number, in the existing technologies, RFID as an emerging automatic identification technology, more and more being applied to business areas, and has been developed rapidly. Web Service technology is also a concern in recent years in the field of information technology, which is oriented architecture, design, implementation and deployment and use of components of the rational development. Web Service and RFID is currently the most active in the field of information research and application of two themes. Web Services will be applied to RFID systems, especially the functions is using Web Services to achieve RFID systems middleware, responsible for internal information exchange, information exchange between enterprises and business and the center of service registry information exchange, almost become consensus. Therefore, the combination of RFID with the Web Service is a wise choice. In such a RFID enterprise information system for Web Service-based, it be able to meet our enterprise information integration applications. In addition, from the technology perspective, Web Service with RFID has excellent compatibility, the integration of the Web Service and the RFID become a subject of study of this issue. In this framework, the items can be with each other to "exchange" without human intervention, and its essence is the use of the characteristics of the RFID technology and Web Service technology, non-contact automatic identification through the Internet, tracking and sharing of information, making RFID and Enterprise with the community can keep in touch. However, to create an information system platform for simple, integrated RFID and Web Service for development has yet to be us to do more work.
