双离合器式变速器的仿真与可靠性优化

【摘要】 针对双离合器式变速器这种新型的变速器,本文主要进行了两方面的研究,首先对双离合器变速器的变速传动部分进行可靠性优化,然后对双离合器变速器的升挡过程进行仿真。在可靠性优化方面,本文根据汽车动力性要求,在保证零件强度和刚度可靠使用的条件下,以变速器体积最小化和中心矩最小化为目标函数,建立了机械变速器多目标可靠性优化设计的数学模型。并通过MATLAB编程实现了对该模型的实例求解计算,最终得到可靠性优化设计结果,优化结果表明,所建模型对变速器的设计具有积极的参考意义。在变速器仿真部分,本文建立了发动机空载模型、有载模型,离合器模型(湿式),变速器模型以及整车阻力模型;确定了换挡控制策略,设计了仿真控制器;并对换挡过程进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,双离合器变速器具有效率高、加速快、换挡平稳等优点,是一种非常有前途的变速器。本文最后对全文工作进行了总结。

【Abstract】 Double clutch transmission is a new kind of transmission, In view of it, this article has mainly conducted two aspect research, first it has carried on the reliability optimization to the double clutch transmission’s transmission gearbox part, second it has simulated the process of gear-shift of the transmission.In the reliability optimization part, According to automobile power’s requirements and under the constraints of strength and stiffness of parts, a multi-objective reliability optimal mathematical model of auto-transmission is established on the basis of the smallest volume and the smallest axis distance. The mathematical model is solved by the programe of MATLAB and it’s result is obtained finally, the result indicate that the model has the positive reference to transmission gearbox’s design.In the simulation part, this article has established the engine idling model, carrying model, the coupling model (wet), transmission model as well as automobile’s drag model; determined the gear-shift control policy, designed the simulation controller; and simulated the process of gear-shift, the simulation result has indicated that double clutch can supply high effectiveness, accelerated fast, shift gears steadily and so on merits, It is a new kind of transmission which has a good future.Finally, the summary of the full article is given.
