掺稀土(Dy,Tb):KYb(WO42激光晶体生长与性能研究

【摘要】 掺镝钨酸镱钾晶体[Dy:KYb(WO42,简称Dy:KYbW]和掺铽钨酸镱钾晶体[Tb:KYb(WO42,简称Tb:KYbW]是适用于LD泵浦的新型固体激光工作物质。关于Dy:KYbW和Tb:KYbW晶体,目前还未见报道。本文用顶部籽晶提拉法(TSSG-Top Seeded Solvent Growth),生长出了Dy:KYbW和Tb:KYbW晶体。选择K2W2O7作助熔剂,设计了合理的温场、原料制各方法,并确定了晶体生长的最佳工艺参数。通过XRD测试,验证了Dy:KYbW和Tb:KYbW晶体均属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,计算了两种晶体的晶格常数。测试了晶体的红外及拉曼光谱,分析了晶体的振动模式并对其进行了振动归属,确认了晶体中双氧桥(WOOW)和单氧桥(WOW)的存在。测试了晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。由Dy:KYbW晶体吸收光谱可知,Dy3+在807nm、1300nm处吸收峰最强。由Tb:KYbW晶体吸收光谱可知Tb3+在351nm处吸收峰最强。由Dy:KYbW晶体的荧光光谱,得到Dy3+明显的荧光峰位于1348nm和1751nm处。由Tb:KYbW晶体的发射光谱可知,最强Tb3+发射波长为520nm。

【Abstract】 Dysprosium-doped potassium ytterbium tungstate crystal(Dy:KYb(WO42, abbreviated Dy:KYbW) and Terbium-doped potassium ytterbium tungstate crystal(Tb:KYb(WO42, abbreviated Tb:KYbW) are two kinds of new solid laser materials which are apply to LD pump. About the Dy:KYbW and Tb:KYbW crystals are not reported now.In this paper, Dy:KYbW and Tb:KYbW crystals are grown by Top Seeded Solvent Growth (TSSG) method, using K2W2O7 as flux. The rational temperature field, the method of material preparation and technological parameters has been designed through further explore of more experiments. X-ray powder diffraction analysis was given to the crystals. Tb:KYbW and Dy:KYbW belong to monoclinic system with space group C2/c. The lattice parameters were calculated. The Infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum of crystals were measured. The vibration modes were analyzed and the existence of WOW and WOOW can be insured. Absorption spectrum of the sample was measured, Dy3+ existed two strong peaks at 807nm and 1300nm respectively. And Tb3+ existed one strong peak at the 351 nm. The fluoresence spectrum of Dy:KybW was measurd, Dy3+ existed two strong peaks at 1348nm and 1751nm. The emission spectrum of Tb:KYbW was measured and the emission wavelength is 520nm.
