音频无线光通信研究

【摘要】 本文设计了一套用于传输音频信号的无线光通信样机,包括发射机和接收机两部分。发射机光源为中心波长为1550nm的半导体激光器,发射功率10mW,信号带宽0.2MHz,工作距离1km。激光器带尾纤输出经准直扩束后发散角被压缩到0.15mrad。激光调制方式为强度调制,信号调制采取脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方式,并在接收端用简单的低通滤波电路进行解调。同时,还利用了D类音频放大器内置的脉宽调制器实现发射机调制电路的集成。采用比较器电路对接收信号的波形进行整形。实现了在实验室内的音频通信,效果良好。

【Abstract】 An audio signals transmission of wireless laser transmission system is designed in this paper, the optical transmitter and receiver is included. The center wavelength of The laser diode of the transmitter is 1550nm , the max operated power of LD is l0mW, and the signal bandwidth of the systerm is 0.2MHz, the working distance could reach lkm. Laser diode with a pigtail output expansion by the beam collimator, its divergence angle had been compressed to 0.15mrad.laser diode is modulated by intensity, and the audio signal is modulated by pulse width modulation (PWM) mode, in the receiver, a simple low-pass filter is used as a demodulateor. the PWM signal. Class D audio amplifier is used in this design, which built-in pulse-width modulator transmitter modulation is to achieve integration. Using a comparator to achieve the signal waveform shaping. the experment in the audio communication is achieved in the lab,the efficiency is perfectly.
