基于CCD的数字光谱分析仪的研究

【摘要】 光谱仪器是光学仪器中一种重要组成类型,它是利用光学原理,对物质的结构和成分等进行测量、分析和处理的基本设备。随着电子技术,计算机技术的飞速发展,光谱仪器进入了新的发展阶段,特别是使用电荷耦合器件CCD作为接收器件,能够实现对光谱信息的快速采样、存储、传输和数据处理。本课题主要完成了如下几个方面的工作:分析了数字光谱仪的基本组成,对其各个组成部分所使用的不同元件的优缺点进行了对比分析,并据此进行了选择,搭建了一套基于CCD的数字光谱分析平台;使用Visual C++6.0编译环境和C++编程语言设计开发了光谱分析软件,实现了光谱信号的采集、显示、处理、寻峰、标定和存取。设计与开发了光谱分析类库,大大简化了软件开发,并提高了软件可移植性。将光学系统、CCD、数据采集卡和光谱分析软件组成完整的数字光谱分析系统。使用标准汞灯对光谱仪进行了标定。并使用660nm红光灯对软件的正确性进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Spectrometer is one of the most important optical instruments. It is the basic device to measure, analyze and process the material structure and its component. With the development of computer and electron technology, spectrometer has entered a new development stage. Especially the using of Charge Coupled Devices (CCD) as receiver, spectrometer can quickly sample, store, transmit and process the spectrum information.This project is composed of the following parts:First, analyze the component of the instrument, compare with the different element of every component. According to this comparison, we set up a digital spectrum analysis system based on CCD.Second, Microsoft Visual Studio developing environment and C++ object-oriented programming language is used to develop the spectrum analysis software, which realizes the function of collecting, analyzing, displaying, and storage of spectral signal. Spectrum Analysis Library is designed, which greatly simplifies the procedure of software development and increases software portability.Third, The optical system, CCD, data acquisition board and spectrum analysis software has been integrated. Spectrum instrument is calibrated by standard mercury lamp. The software has been validated by 660nm red light.This system raises levels of reliability and automation of spectrum instrument, makes the operation easer. Technicians can concentrate on the analysis of the result.
