相位式激光测距仪接收系统设计

Design on Receiving System of Phase-Shift Laser Range Finder

【摘要】 相位式激光测距仪是一款集激光调制技术、光学技术、光电检测技术、信号处理技术以及单片机技术于一体的高精度测量仪器,广泛应用于工业测控、矿山、港口、建筑、汽车等领域。由于其精度高、快捷轻便、操作简单,在目前测距市场上十分受人青睐。本论文首先介绍了激光测距仪国内外的发展概况,对相位式激光测距技术的原理进行了详细的介绍。其次,对测距信号的接收、放大及混频进行了探讨和研宄,并设计了光电检测放大电路和混频电路,采用multisim软件对电路进行了仿真。同时,将高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP1应用于测相系统中,大大提高了测量精度。

【Abstract】 The phase-shift laser rangefinder is a set of high-precision measuring instruments with laser modulation technology, optical technology, photoelectric detection, signal processing technology, microcomputer technology and so on. At the same time, it is widely used in industrial monitoring and controlling, mining, ports, construction, automotive and other areas. Because of its high precision, fast working, lightweight and simple operation, , it is favored by people in the current ranging market.This paper first describes development overview in laser rangefinder at home and abroad, and the principle of phase-shift laser rangefinder in detail. Secondly, reception, amplification and mixing of ranging signal are studied. Then the photodetector amplifying circuit and the frequency mixing circuit are designed and simulated by Multisim simulation software. Meanwhile, high-precision time interval measurement chip TDC-GP1 is used in measuring-phase system. This application greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
